  • High Def Polymer provides ultra-lightweight protection. Full length, breathable sleeve offers incredible comfort and mobility. No-slip sleeve and silicone nubs prevent annoying slippage
LAX.COM PRO-INSIGHT
This is the marquee pad worn by elite collegiate and high school players. We love how STX introduced the High-Def Polymer material to the Assault Arm Guard/Pad. This kept water and sweat from building up on our arms, therefore reducing how much the Assault moved while we played. The Assault's padding also moves independently on each section, making the range of motion the best we have seen. Overall the Assault is one of our favorites here at Lax.com and amongst the advanced youth, high school, and college scene.

(no subject) - 3/19/13 reply

So these run small?????
(no subject) - 4/07/13 reply

Yea I have the mediums and I have long arms but they are skinny and they cover about as much as an armpad so it sucks for me haha
Customizable? - 3/18/13 reply

Do they have a sight where you can customize them to your school colors?
Assaults - 3/13/13 reply

I bought these last season and they were horrible. They are lightweight but that's about it. I played attack and was always bruised and they started to fall apart from day one. Not sure if I got poor quality arm pads or if they all are this bad. I recently purchased some cell 2's and they are some much better! If I had know about the problems with the assaults I would have saved my money and bought the cell 2's first. Do not buy these they are way over priced and you will regret it!
stx assault - 2/26/13 reply

I just got these
Protection - 2/08/13 reply

I am looking for the most protective arm guard on the market, any suggestions/thoughts?
(no subject) - 1/18/13 reply

Lax.com Fantasy Lacrosse - 8/15/12 reply

I need 5 people to join my fantasy lax.com lacrosse league. just search fantasy college lacrosse and go to join league and my league name is TopShelfLacrosse and the password is Lacrosse. Please only 5. Thanks
johnmacton@att.net answer - 6/09/12 reply

as far as flexibility goes, you should choose the assaults over the k18s. But for protection i would go with the k18s
K-18 AG vs Assault AG - 6/04/12 reply

What are the similarities and differences between k18 line 2 arm guard and these. Which one is better as far as flexibility and protection
(no subject) - 6/05/12 reply

Similarities: Mesh support, Velcro straps, Comfortable, Breathable, rubber grip inside to hold in place, Differences: HD Polymer instead of D3o, a little slimmer then K18s, more tight fitting then k18s, run a little bit smaller in size then K18s, HD Polymer sheds water better then K18s Heres My opinion PROTECTION: K18 (Thicker padding) FLEXIBILITY: Depends on preference (Really not much difference once you get them worn in) COMFORT: Personal preference (both are very comfortable) It really all depends on what you like. Personally I wear the Assaults but I wouldn't mind wearing K18s either.
assault - 6/08/12 reply

these have wayyyyyyy better protection
Protection - 6/01/12 reply

Do these arm guards have enough protection?
K18 or these? - 5/30/12 reply

How good? - 5/12/12 reply

OK, Ive been laxin for 8 years. I'm an attack man. i have the maverik empires right now. they are horrible. i hate them. how good are these? do they live up to the hype?
(no subject) - 5/19/12 reply

Definitely get these they are worth the price. A lot of protection, very comfortable and very mobile
(no subject) - 5/10/12 reply

i am aout 5'7 120 what size
(no subject) - 6/05/12 reply

Probably go with the medium. They run kind of small.
BEST ARM GUARDS EVER - 4/30/12 reply

I'm about 5'4" 110 and these are the most dope flexible arm guards ever no joke had game today and wore someone elses arm pads my arm was restricted SO MUCH but the assaults r great they don't slip off and stay super flexible get these mofos
Should I get these - 4/23/12 reply

(no subject) - 3/25/12 reply

(no subject) - 5/04/12 reply

I am usually a K18 fan, but with the arm guards I am an Assault fan. Go with these.

I am 5' 10" 135 lbs. My arms are about average size. What size would fit with a little room to grow?

Size - 2/21/12 reply

im 5"7 130 pounds should i get medium or large???
(no subject) - 2/21/12 reply

Should i get, cell 2's, k18's, or these. I play mid, i want good protection but good flexibility. and i also want something that can breathe. i had the brine shakedowns but after 7 indoor games, the bottom strap on my left arm guard ripped. My birthday is coming up soon. Help me out!!
Very Nice Pads - 2/19/12 reply

I have had these pads for a while and LOVE them. They run a little bit small, but only very little. I am 5'10 and 143 pounds and I wear the mediums. Great flexibility, comfort, and looks great. If you want better protection though get the K18s. These have good protection but not as good as the K18s. They should be a little bit cheaper in my opinion but they are still good for the price. Great pads for attackmen and middies (I play both).
(no subject) - 2/12/12 reply

These or K18 II for protection?
Sick arm guards - 1/31/12 reply

I got these a little bit ago and thy are hands down the best and sickest arm guards that are made
Sick arm guards - 1/31/12 reply

Middie? - 12/07/11 reply

Should I get these for middie? I have k18 2 arm pads right now but these look very nice. I like smaller pads so i was considering these in arm pads of the warrior nation 11 arm pads. Anyone have some advice?
? - 12/06/11 reply

should i get these or the cell 2s
(no subject) - 11/18/11 reply

I want these elbows but there to expensive since I'm getting a new head what are good elbows that are less expensive??????
(no subject) - 11/19/11 reply

the k18 2s are like ten dollars less and i think they are just as good if not better idk its all personal preferance
original cell ag - 11/28/11 reply

try looking for the original cell arm guards, they're pretty cheap but still pretty nice
awesome - 11/17/11 reply

I just got these, I was in between the Maverick Rome and these, I also have the K18s and these fit awesome. There is not as much protection as the K18s but these Assaults are form fitting and more comfortable. They have similar technology which holds them in place even during a game when you sweat. I am 5'7 and 110lbs I got these in a Med and they fit snug but are the lightest and most comfortable AG I have worn and tested.
Experienced review - 9/02/11 reply

so i bought these in an XL thinking that since im big theyd be the right fit. Im 6'2 and 170 lbs. the XL kept slipping in the middle of games and i looked quite tacky pulling them up. these barely fit a 230lbs defensman on our team. a Large will be great for anyone up to 190 lbs, unless you are a huge boybuilder and have ginormous arms. overall for the padding protection, these are like no other. the only place they hurt when hit is where they dont protect. if you hit anywhere on them they wont hurt. ive had a d-pole snap when hitting these with them on. overall great arm. guard, but only get it if you play attack. if you play mid or def, get the arm pad.
Review - 7/28/11 reply

I'm 5'11, 180 lb. and i just got these in a L. They fit incredible. I got them in navy and the color is very good. They are very lightweight and incredibly comfortable. You don't know comfort until you try these. They hold in place on your arms very well. They will most likely come down to where your glove ends, slightly above it, if the dont, they don't fit correct. the protection is good, i play attack and i really dont care about protection but these do provide good protection. I know they are pretty pricey but they are worth it.
i don't get it - 7/23/11 reply

Ik some may not agree but i don't see why these are so great. I tried them on and yeah they're light and they have good flexibility, but theyre protection is not up to par. they'd be good for middies but if your an attackman who dodges you'd get a few bruises
Best arm pads - 7/18/11 reply

so comfortable and flexable with great protection
(no subject) - 7/06/11 reply

guys buy up a size with these they run small im a medium and i had to get a large
amazing - 6/29/11 reply

I bought them and there really light, flexable and there just great ag recamend them
(no subject) - 6/29/11 reply

the best arm guards on the market, i used to have shakedowns and there no comparison. without a doubt the greatest AG ever made, it feels like there's nothing on
(no subject) - 6/23/11 reply

I played with this other guy in my men's league he had these asked if I could check them out. By far the lightest elbows I've ever held, the fit is great not alot of sliding down you're arm, and the protection is an A without a doubt. Just wonder how the AP's are compared to these AG's alot cheaper but look like they cover less of you're arm. Go with the AG's for Attack and the AP's if you're a Middie.
(no subject) - 6/19/11 reply

should i get these or k18's
(no subject) - 12/13/12 reply

AMAZING!! - 6/07/11 reply

i tried my friends on at practice one day and im getting some for my birthday soon, i fell inlove with them good protection, really flexible. for sizing im 5'7 125 lbs good sized arms and the large fits great! even if they are a little big the sleeve mesh really grips your skin and stops it from sliding around.
(no subject) - 6/06/11 reply

hey im about 5'5 and 110 pounds. im small for my age, but im going to be a junior next year and i play attack. should i get mediums or larges? or should i go with k18s?
(no subject) - 7/28/11 reply

mediums, these without a doubt, im attack too.
(no subject) - 6/06/11 reply

these cells or k18 i want protection
RESPOND - 6/05/11 reply

(no subject) - 6/04/11 reply

(no subject) - 5/31/11 reply

(no subject) - 6/03/11 reply

i weigh 125 and i'm about 5'9". the large fit me good and i'm assuming your arms are bigger than mine according to your weight so get XL
(no subject) - 5/31/11 reply

are these good for middies??
(no subject) - 5/30/11 reply

i mean arm guards
(no subject) - 5/30/11 reply

way too much money for arm pads
Medium or large? - 5/28/11 reply

I'm 5'6 and 125 lbs do i want medium or larges because I've heard that these run small
greaat - 5/25/11 reply

super comfy, best arm pads ive ever had!
(no subject) - 5/19/11 reply

these or the assault arm pads for a offensive middie/attackmen
sup - 5/19/11 reply

These are great man. I felt that the arm guards were more flexible than the pads, but it's up to you. I'm 5'8 and 125 lbs. and I got the larges, because the guards and pads both run small. I would get these for either a middie or attackman. They're totally worth it.
(no subject) - 5/22/11 reply

These. They provide you with more protection than the arm guards but these are so light and provide such good ventilation that it feels like nothing is even on your arm. Padding isn't as good as other pads but these give you the most protection you can get for how light they are.
can't decide! - 5/17/11 reply

between these, the arm pads, K18 II ap, and the maverick maybach mid ap, which is better for an mostly offensive midi. i like the Assault ap's but they seem to spaced out.
PICK - 5/17/11 reply

Fit? - 4/11/11 reply

I'm 6'3, 200lbs and I'm wondering whether or not to go with the XLs. Every other arm pad I've tried on has fit in L, but I heard these run small?
(no subject) - 4/24/11 reply

Definitely get the XL. I'm about the same size as you and went to try on the larges and they fit but they are tight and I feel I could wear them but they would either stretch out or be really tight and suffocate your arm.
Sizing? - 4/09/11 reply

What is the sizing for the XL? I am 16 6'0" and 190 Pounds. What size should I get? My local lax store doesn't carry these so I can't go and try them on.

these or maverik empires
these - 12/22/10 reply

durability - 1/04/11 reply

I can't tell you the empires will last forever because I don't know yet, but I have had them and played in them for a little while and I really like them. They're worth the price they are so far. I don't know about these assaults though. I guess it comes down to how much you're willing to spend
