These are the greatest arm pads out there. The material is so comfortable and they are very flexible! GET THESE!

I used these shoulders for half of a season this past year. I was expecting to play middie, but i was moved to attack. These pads are OUTSTANDING for the middie position, but i wouldnt recommend these for an attackman.

So comfortable. Feels like nothing is there at all.

I am the same size as you, i just got STX K-18's in XL and they were huge on me, the Assaults brake in easily, and they adjust. But it differs from person and pads

these are awesome but the material they are made of is very fragile. mine ripped the last game of my season. very protective though and flexible.

these or nike vapor elite im used to small arm pads i have the maverick empires now and they are small and dont really giove me much protection and i like them but sadly they are ripping so i want to step up. any ideas?

they're not as flexible but they are still really flexible and nice they're probably one of the most flexible arm PADS not guards, that you can get, I love them

get these. they are flexible light and durable. i personally like these a lot more cuz they fit like a glove. i dont like the extra stuff on the k18 2's. these are simple clean and good looking

You should probably get the arm guards, i have these and i beleive they dont have enough protection for attackmen, unless you dont mind getting beaten.

Arm Guards have more protection and are usually for attackmen, these have less protection and are usually for midfielders.

If you are looking for good protection, go with the Assault Ag's not the Ap's. The arm guards will be more protective than the ap's, but a little less flexible. Overall, the Assault ag's are better than the cells.

Get the k18's these are really comfortable and flexable but they dont protect as well as the k18's do. but if u dont care about protection, be a rebel and get these. and plus k18's are cheaper:)

i have large warrior players club arm guards and they slip all the time what size do need in these so that they dont slip in 140 pounds and kinda skinny
