What really makes the Cell II Arm Pad stand out is its lack of an elbow cup, something that really cuts down on weight and gives a better range of motion. However, the lack of the elbow cup doesn't mean that this pad skimps on protection, as it features the patented STX Isoblock technology. This keeps the Cell II light and maneuverable. Perfect for the player that takes a lot of hits, but wants range of motion and protection. Recommended for a high school or advancing level youth player.

I'm a small guy and my freshman year I'll be playing varsity. Cell 2 arm guards, Cell 2 arm pads, or Assault arm pads. I want the most protection for the

K18/Shadow = Protection
Assault = Lightweight
Cell = Flexibility
All the series are high end with a different target audience. If you are on varsity and going for protection and flex then get the shadow or k18 (before they are gone!) arm pads.

PIcked these up yesterday, liked them way more than the k18s. A little bigger but it doesn't restrict you at all, and great protection too.
| - anklebraker36 3/23/12 reply|
I wouldn't get these for attack. At mid I love em but I would say they aren't protective enough for attack.

These arm pads are super comfortable and they don't slip from your arm. They are very flexible, and look pretty sick. This is a good buy for any level of lacrosse player

i just got these today played a game an indoor game with them. they are the sickest arm gaurds ever. im 5'7 140lbs and these fit me perfect in large. got them custom orange and black (school colors) sooo freshhhh. but to the stuff that matters. the most comfortable pads. ive had k18 IIs, maybachs and hittman 8.0s these are by far the best i wastn too sure because they are so big but i tried them on and they are as flexibile as the lo pro defense. protection to the max. and slip almost never. but they do come up a little high i would rather have it come down a little lower than high but its all your preference. in my opinion stx's biggest succes.
