This is what I use . It's a nice protecter very nice chest and heart protecter. How ever around the lower ribs is different I cracked a rib with a pretty close shot earlier in the year with it. |

I'm 6'3" about 230lbs (slimmer) but I'm not sure if the XL pads will fit well...I've never really been able to find pads that will cover a decent portion of my stomach. My stance is real low so the pad will go down a little..but do these work well for taller goalies? I saw the comment from the kid who is 6'4 but anyone else? |

i just received the extra large pad and they are disappointing to me. they are very small. I'm 6'4" and i have only found two products sold in extra large. this and the reebok 10k. this one is way to small the package says extra large is made for 5' 10" i think large goalies deserve good protection this stops above my belly button. dont buy if you're a tall goalie.

As I have read multiple times I hear this pad runs small, how short is it on length? I am about 5'11"-6" will a large or extra large cover all the way to my waste and goalie cup |

I had this style of chest protector (Brine Eraser), and literally, I looked like and egg hwne I sat down. When I mean this style of chest protector, I mean more like just one simple pad, instead of the STX Agent which is more like normal shoulder pads. Anyway, do these do the same thing where they don't bend anywhere? |

no not as good less breaks in padding=less flexibility and it has velcro which i personally hate because it always falls apart after time
