Our attack and midfield Pro's really enjoyed the Cell II liner, especially when speed was the main focus of their game. This Cell II streamlines padding to the shoulders, ideal for someone who is constantly on the move, is not taking a lot of big time hits, and wants a free range of motion. However, that does not mean the Cell II doesn't offer adequate protection, as it is one of highest rated pads when it came to protection across the chest thanks to the IsoBlock chest plates. We recommend the Cell II for advanced players who want to move between the lines.

shoulder pads are bulkier more protective pads that attackmen and some middies use, because they have the most ammount of protection from defensemen checks, the liner is for some middies and d poles because they are lighter, sleeker and less restricting, since they arent going to get hit as much |

Are these to be used as a liner or by themselves? Also, are they geared for one position or all? |

yes they can and they are made more for a defenseman or d middie that wants maximum mobility and not worried about getting hit |
