yo i play defense and my game is mostly hitting. im looking for something small but im not trying to break a shoulder or anything. do this give enough padding for shoulders or should i look into getting the regular pads instead of liners?

i play mid and i have shoulers just like these. i would higly recomend a pair like these, they let you move, breath, and lets yo uplay your best. def. enough protection.

I have these in medium. They seem to run kind of big so if you're unsure, get the smaller size.

If your a middie or defense you should get these they are very comftorble if you dont mind getting hit in the shoulder inless ur on D it doesnt matter

i just got these. they come with a queer air bubble for chest protection but its removable.

I broke my collarbone in a game from getting in the way of a shot when covering a guy on crease (not with these pads). I just wanted to ask if i should buy these liners and the sp s for some added protection..or maybe these with new k18s? (im a middie btw) please help

for defense! you dont even feel them on. im a bigger guy 6'0 205 and they fit perfect. you should deff consider these pads.

i got the warriors pc ultralites last season and i hate em. they ride up when i raise my arms, and dont keep a low profile. looks like my shoulders are giganitic. do these ride up at all when u move ur arms up and down? and do you look stupid with ur jersey on?

i play mid and if i like to hit and i get hit a lot also, would these be right for me? 5'7 140

no these are supposed to be tiny for defenseman who dont get hit as much. people have a different perspective of pain so personal preference of course

These are fine they are not bulky at and are compfortable and provide good protection.

Whats the difference between the STX cell liner and the Brine exodus II shoulder pads. which one would you recommend for a middie that takes face offs and still wants some shoulder protection but wants mobility

my friend on my team has the exodus liners. they only cover the chest. nothing else. the cell liners cover the chest a couple inches below your chest. the cell liners have more protection.

actually a lot of defensemen perfer to not wear shoulder pads...one of our coaches from canada always called us p@$#%s cus we wore SPs

dude getting hit is part of the game. you say if you get hit in just the right spot someone could die. yeah that goes with ANY pads. goalies have died from getting hit with shots and they wear more pads than anyone. kids die playing football and they wear pads twice as thick as lax players do. bottom line these pads are sick and comfy, i got mediums and i play attack, so tribelacrosse, buy these. no dpole should have regular shouldies anyways. and if theyre that big of a whimp and scared theyre gonna die like cuselacrosse14, then they need to get off the field and sit in the stands

$20 buck is incredibly insubstantial, in the long run. I have worn liners or nothing pretty much my whole life. After taking a few too many high hits in summer league I finally got real sp's. Stuff now is so good, if you spend a little more, that these are way more comfortable than my maverick liners, way more protective, and I will say give way more mobility. I can't even feel that I am wearing them. I even left the biceps pads on. If you routinely take a beating, just get the sp's. Don't cheap out. The agent sp's arent nearly as comfortable and well fitting.

alright well i dont have the liners, but i do have the full shoulder pads, i liked them for a while, and i still do, its just they seem a little to bulky, so if you wanna have alot of protection and look like a football player get these, but after all this time i wish i got the liners..just saying

the only thing that occasionally is a problem is if you go in for a hit with your shoulder but attack usually isnt doing that so these should be perfect

if u got a pair of armguards that go up relatively high on your arms then these pads are great!

deff get these. they are so comfortable ive had them for about a season and they are still in great condish. i play attack so i need mobility so i got these n they are light, comfortable, reliable idk bout the mavericks but i know that youd like these....the only prob is if u lower your arm alot for some reason, you can easily get checked on top of your shoulder. other wise... theyre GREAT

kind of sucks. and I don;t use that word often. RIdes up, fits weird, great protection as long as nothing hits you. Just not the right thing for me. I wound up getting the Cell SP last week after I hurt my shoulder. Awesome sp's.

these pads run true to size, large fits on me perfectly and i am 5'10 150, i would only get medium if you are a smaller person, 140lbs or smaller, they are very comfortable and light

these are great for any position, especially middy, you should buy them, they are super light and never rub on your neck

either get these, exodus 2's, or the maverik speed II SP. i have the maveriks and they're super comfy and durable and great mobility. also my friend has the exodus 2's and they're really nice aswell. ut if i were you id go with maverk Speed II SP's.

i play middie and i think theyre pretty good, the fit is a little big/loose in my opinion but other than that its nice.

These are perfect, they are comfortable and if tightened enough give the perfect amount of protecion. They can be worn by any player at any position period.

The only part of the shoulder pads you can feel on you is the chest pad and it doesn't even get in the way. It's removable too and offers a lot better protection. I RECOMMEND

These were my first pair of liners, and I've got to say, they're pretty amazing. I forget I'm wearing them at times, and they still provide all the protection you need. They have a small pad that goes on the chest that sticks out a little bit, but it's velcro removable so you can choose whether or not to use it. I dont use it and haven't found any reason to, but it's a good feature if you ask me. These are a must buy.

I just got these for christmas and they are so sweet. They are very light and the shoulder protection is just enough that it covers your collar bone and complete shoulder without being bulky. I haven't played a game with them yet but I did go shoot on cage with them and they are perfect: no restriction of movement and they don't get in the way of good shooting form. Overall these are great shoulder pads.

so the season has started and I've played 2 games with these pads and they are every bit as sweet as I though they would be. I don't even know I'm wearing them and as previously stated, they don't interfere with shooting or passing. Highly recommend these pads for any midfielders who are looking for a nice lightweight pad.

the manufactures dont want to encourage people to wear less pads then they should so this is supposed to be worn underneath shoulder pads but everyone who wears liners just wear them without extra pads. after your first few years of lax you wont want all the padding because you will want more mobility so if your are buying pads get the stx cell shoulder pads not the liner

Ok, I really admire the new stx cell line and this liner looks really good. I'm in the market for new shoulder pads and thought these might make a good choice, cause i'm a defender.Still split between these and the exodus II's. I could use some advice on which to get. thanks.

im not about to spend over 80, but i need a good all around liner. nothing to get me killed in cause i play attack and the garbage dpoles our team plays are complete hacks. maybe these cells, the adidas ones, the agents, or the lopros, r somethin else. Give me some advice here

you play attack so probably get the exodus II liner 10 dollars cheaper then this and there more protectable. unless ur a nitty gritty who cares about comfort... my shoulder pads are rated 2 stars on comfort.
