Great head - 2/15/15 reply

I play goalie and this head never lets me down probably one of the lightest goalie heads and not too flexible
(no subject) - 11/20/14 reply

i hav an explise it pretty good it da best goalie head ive had but i was wondering how the sheild is
Eclipse - 11/20/14 reply

I have had this head for 3 years and it is horrible. It is so flexible it's insane. It is like playing with a face off head
ecm - 7/16/14 reply

is the east coast mesh 12 diamond
Ecm - 7/22/14 reply

I believe the ecm in the picture is 20 diamond
East Coast Mesh - 7/16/14 reply

Can the east coast mesh be 12d
A Legend - 5/15/14 reply

If you get this you'll love it. Many D1 goalies still use it. If you're getting more experienced get a shield or a nemi lyte
(no subject) - 4/18/14 reply

This or Nemisis Lyte
Toss up - 6/11/14 reply

I use the eclipse, but i tried my friend's nemi lite and i loved it. It didn't give shots. But, the nemi is smaller. It is your preference. I might give the new nemi 2 a try though.
Great head - 1/21/14 reply

Very good head for any skill level
Stringing - 1/09/14 reply

So i have this with 20d mesh, 2 straight, 1u string job. I am going to get it restrung with 12d mesh. What stringing pattern should I get?
(no subject) - 10/06/13 reply

had the base for like 2 practices hate it went right back to this ....im bout to buy another .... my 3rd
great head - 8/27/13 reply

this is great for attack. nice pinch and face shape. way better than the nemesis
(no subject) - 11/20/14 reply

Are you stupid this is a goalie head what idiot would play attack with it
(no subject) - 5/15/13 reply

I hate this head, went for a gb today on terf and it flexed completely backwards. My nemmy never did that but i just ordered a base it has more saving area
What head? - 5/13/13 reply

I am a relitively new goalie, my saving is ok. but i really need help on clearing the ball, which head would be best for me?
(no subject) - 5/15/13 reply

Nemesis, this head flexes to much and i would never buy it again
(no subject) - 3/14/14 reply

its the wizard not the wand
Eclipse - 5/09/13 reply

My friends brother broke this in a 7/8 game, but it should hold up, I've had mine for a season, no probs except the ball stop comes off easily
(no subject) - 3/27/13 reply

How is the quality of the pro stringing. what kind of mesh do they use?
(no subject) - 3/14/14 reply

its the wizard not the wand
(no subject) - 2/25/13 reply

haha be queit
(no subject) - 1/22/13 reply

can i get this pro strung with monster mesh
(no subject) - 1/22/13 reply

can i get this pro strung with monster mesh
(no subject) - 12/17/12 reply

No get the new shield Its so stiff and it makes a unbelievable channel or get the nemisis lyte that's my back up. Dont get the void light its so hard to string and it makes the pocket really round and no channel.
(no subject) - 12/10/12 reply

get a void lyte
(no subject) - 9/23/12 reply

should i get this or the brine eraser (kind of a beginner)
this - 11/26/12 reply

this i use to have a eraser... SO HEAVY!!!
Great Head - 9/15/12 reply

This is a great head but a bit heavy i have it on a dragonfly r40 and it makes it a bit more heavier than the voidlite
(no subject) - 8/11/12 reply

This or the nemmy lite?
(no subject) - 7/12/12 reply

does this fit on the new wonderboy?
Eclipse - 6/30/12 reply

This is by far the best goalie head i have had. It has great flex for low bounce and roll shots. all the goalies on our high school and summer travel team have them. Im lucky enough to have the Pink one!
(no subject) - 6/04/12 reply

This is the only head I've used and lately ive been having problems. I took a shot and broke the string hole behind the back stop. Im hoping this is just a coincidence. Any imput?
Strings - 6/06/12 reply

i use one of the shooting strings for the throat stringing because for some reason i rip my mesh when i use the regular nylons as the bottom strings. Ive been using them all season so far and no ripped mesh
? - 6/04/12 reply

Why is the white more expensive?????
get this head - 6/04/12 reply

I have tried ever other goalie head the gaurdian is really heavy, the nemisis is to and the area of the nemisis is smaller than most, same with the void and void lyte.... overal the eclipse is the best head on the market as of now.
(no subject) - 6/04/12 reply

ever tried the maverik base? its pretty ungly butis the biggest head out there also pretty light...
Base - 6/07/12 reply

Base is probably tied with the eclipse for top head. It has a huge area and its lightweight plus its pretty stiff. Its a great head
(no subject) - 5/19/12 reply

This or nemisis
(no subject) - 5/14/12 reply

i just got mine yesterday and i love it!
(no subject) - 5/10/12 reply

Is this head good for faceoffs? I just broke my guardian with a poke check
gait ice or kryptolyte - 4/30/12 reply

which one is better for this head
(no subject) - 4/15/12 reply

What would be a good back up if I'm starting with this head?
Memos is - 4/30/12 reply

I would get the nemesis or the nemesis lyte they are both great heads I have a eclipse with a nemesis back-up
(no subject) - 5/28/12 reply

i broke a nemesis when my brother shot on me get a eclpse or a voidlyte
Eclipse - 4/10/12 reply

I've tried several goalie heads, and I must say the eclipse is a great head and I definitely recommend it. Also I had the custom stringing done on my Back up head, and it came out almost perfect for me(with a few minor adjustments of course).
LOVE IT - 4/09/12 reply

This thing is awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(no subject) - 4/07/12 reply

(no subject) - 4/03/12 reply

Eclipse - 3/31/12 reply

I love the eclipse. I have an orange one and just ordered a pink one
Eclipse - 3/25/12 reply

i used to hate the eclipse for so long. i had the nemesis for 2 years and got the eclipse. i strung it about 10 times and it always came out poor. Then was fooling around today and now really like it.
greatest - 3/24/12 reply

i luv this head i have it and it is my best freind
(no subject) - 4/07/12 reply

u don't have any friends!
(no subject) - 4/18/12 reply

You shouldnt be talking LAXBRO21220
what should i get - 3/21/12 reply

what is the best goalie head
Stomp pad - 3/17/12 reply

I love everything about the head except the stomp pad comes off really easily. The first day in the cage it only took one shot to hit it before if started to peel...Obviously its not that big of deal but it just annoys me
(no subject) - 3/27/12 reply

its called take it off and replace it... or just superglue duck tape it...
(no subject) - 3/10/12 reply

this or guardian
super reliable - 3/10/12 reply

I love this head don't listen to anybody that says bad of it because this is awesome!!

so awesome! - 2/02/12 reply

the eclipse is so awesome!! my save percentage litterally increased when i got it! oh yea and epoch dragonfly r40 is the best shaft for this
College and Pro goalies... - 1/27/12 reply

Why do most of the college and pro goalies use white heads, white mesh, white shooting strings, white side walls and white top lace...What's with all the white!!! What's wrong with a little customization!!!
(no subject) - 2/03/12 reply

they cant because its against the rules. it sucks and its compleatly stupid, but the refs call it distracting.
(no subject) - 2/05/12 reply

if it was illegal then the goalie for navy can't use his stick he has a navy eclipse and neon yellow mesh and ghitelman used a blue and orange one for his senior season
STX Eclipse - 1/24/12 reply

Do colored heads break easier than white heads...if so why?
(no subject) - 3/09/12 reply

Yes, because when they dye heads they put them in boiling water with the color. White heads are in any case the stiffest
Best on the Market, Hands down - 1/23/12 reply

I've had the same trusty ol' Eclipse for 12 years now, and it has taken a straight up BEATING from me over the years, but it's still in as great a shape as it was the day I bought it. Back when the Nemesis came out I started using it because I liked the way it handled, and I almost switched over to the Warrior bandwagon, but the Nemesis only lasted 2.5 years before it shattered in the upper right hand corner - it was just too stiff. I learned my lesson, and I'll never buy another head ever again, and I won't need to because this stick is flat out indestructible - it bends but never breaks.
This on the Gait Ice? - 1/23/12 reply

Does this head fit on the Gait Ice?
(no subject) - 1/31/12 reply

Yup, thats what I use. Its a good combo.
(no subject) - 2/20/12 reply

yes it does i have it on my head
(no subject) - 1/22/12 reply

I have never used another goalie head and I don't plan on doing it
which is the best - 1/17/12 reply

What is the best goalie head tht I can buy. I need answers quickly!
Cant Choose - 1/07/12 reply

This or the Nemesis Lyte???
Just bought..... - 12/26/11 reply

I just bought neon green with hard mesh with carolina blue shooters and sidewall and flourescent green mesh, ohhh yeah
Good head - 12/25/11 reply

Love the eclipse. It's the only head I use. Don't buy it strung though, do it yourself because I don't like the way they come strung.
U - 12/11/11 reply

(no subject) - 12/10/11 reply

I went to a camp in jamesville dewwit and john galloway was there using this head (he had a different stick every day)

@tkan426 - 11/19/11 reply

i've had an eclipse for about 2 seasons. its a great head, but mine started to warp and bend. i decided to go with a nemesis. i have to say, its a great head, and much stronger than i remember my eclipse being when i first got it
highly recommend it - 9/01/11 reply

its a great head really flexible and really durable

i am geting it tomarrow and im wickey exited. did you know that the stx eclipse is used by the usa gaolie and many other pro gaolies. i hope i like it. CAN SOME PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE BALL STOP DOES THANK YOU
Ball stop - 5/09/13 reply

The ball stop cushions the ball when it hits the bottom of the head, so it doesn't bounce out
serious question - 8/02/11 reply

i play attack and im on varsity. im having trouble catching with my head now so would this help me since its bigger. dont think im a scrub i score like 4 goals a game.
(no subject) - 8/03/11 reply

do wall ball...
(no subject) - 9/04/11 reply

you play attack and you want a goalie head... you either think people can read your sarcasm, your really dumb, or your serious and you actually cant catch and you play agaisnt scrubs so you get 4 goals a game
OOORRRRRRRRR....... - 9/04/11 reply

or I think it is absolutely hilarious what type of comments these little kids put on here or people who absolutely suck and think they know about lacrosse so i pst something like this and watch what people say. 90% of the time people have serious replies. So yes...its a joke. good for you buddy

(no subject) - 7/08/11 reply

voidlyte vs. eclipse - 6/22/11 reply

(no subject) - 6/25/11 reply

(no subject) - 7/02/11 reply

both are great cant go wrong with either man
ecplise - 7/03/11 reply

na dude get the eclipse its super light nice and stif to
Voidlyte - 8/28/11 reply

I have two voidlytes and an eclipse and I use my voidlytes for vlc and house. I use my eclipse for mini lax. I dislike the eclipse
which one - 6/19/11 reply

should i get this or nemisis
Is it good - 6/16/11 reply

I used to play attack but iam going to go to goalie is this head good?
To: laxingholden - 6/16/11 reply

The void is good but the eclipse is better, if you gunna get void get the voidlyte
favorite head - 6/09/11 reply

I now have 4 of these and I think they are the greatest for the price. They are cheap, light, and I haven't broken one yet. They come in the best colors and have the perfect holes for stringing. I use these heads on an ice and a gnar and I love it.
(no subject) - 6/05/11 reply

i use the gardiun need new head thsi r void
this - 6/16/11 reply

get this it is very durable
Which one? - 5/25/11 reply

Should i get this or the warrior voidlyte?
vl alll the way - 5/31/11 reply

void lyte buddy
(no subject) - 6/05/11 reply

Good combo? - 5/16/11 reply

Would this be a good combination with the warrior kryptolyte?
(no subject) - 5/12/11 reply

lobsterlax97 and oklahoma_lax: every shaft will fit every head, with the exception of crankshafts. you might to drill another hole though.
wonderboy xcel - 5/12/11 reply

would this be good with a wonderboy xcel attack shaft?
depends - 5/12/11 reply

most goalies use actual goalie shafts, which are 40 inches vs 30 for a normal attack shaft. however, if you prefer a shorter one, go for it. as for the shaft, the wonderboy is fine, but i've found that the gait ice goes great with this head. hope i helped.
(no subject) - 5/13/11 reply

yea thanks, i just wanna use the xcel because its the lightest shaft i have
Wonder Boy? - 5/08/11 reply

WIll this fit on a wonder boy??
no - 5/18/11 reply

you need to drill a new hole, i had to
What shaft? - 5/08/11 reply

Does this fit on the Stx Scandium Pro 11?
THIS OR THAT? - 5/03/11 reply

I play goalie for my team and was wondering which head is better STX Guardian or this????
eclipse - 5/01/11 reply

this is a great head, even though these look heavy, dont get the voidlyte, its very weak and will break, best with extended sidewalls and hard 9 diamond mesh
platinum 9 - 4/22/11 reply

i use the eclipse with the platinum 9 and it fits perfectly but i ue a goaie shaft
platinum 9???? - 4/15/11 reply

Does the Warrior Platinum 9 fit on this head if it doesnt can somebody tell me other good shafts that goes well with the eclipse. Im getting flourescent green mesh with black shooters and probably black sidewalls.
shaft - 4/19/11 reply

i use the gait ice on it..it was tough to get on but the screew doesnt losen and its works greeat
(no subject) - 5/01/11 reply

yeah actually. i have both shafts and i prefer a cut-down gait ice.
(no subject) - 4/13/11 reply

go with hard
soft vs hard mesh. - 4/13/11 reply

I'm getting the eclipse for my daughter but don't know the differences between the soft mesh vs the hard mesh with the extended sidewalls? difference between 12d and the others?
(no subject) - 4/26/11 reply

Im not sure if girls goalie sticks can have monster mesh.. But if they can.. I would get monster mesh because im a junior in highschool and i have monster mesh and i give up little to no rebounds cause of the size of the pocket
best head? - 4/06/11 reply

I am a 14 year old freshman at my highschool. I start on my jv team which is usually just freshman and sophmores. But in other seasons I play for my age group and up with Juniors and seniors. I this head better than the void lyte. I have had my eclipse head for a little more than a year and is still in great condition, and really like it should I just get another eclipse or a void lyte?
Dying - 4/05/11 reply

ive had a white one for a while and it worked well then i switched to my black one and ive been using it for a few weeks and its holding up pretty well... no signs of wear and tear... i think that a head is most brittle and likely to break a) when its cold b) when its brand new c) both any head will snap in cold weather.. and any new head is extremely brittle
Eclipse - 4/02/11 reply

How good is this head?
shaft - 4/02/11 reply

does the brine f15 fit on this head
durability - 3/23/11 reply

does the head being factory died affect the strength of the head
