im am buying a second stick i currently play fogo and have a clutch with a krypto lite.... my second stick will be a 803 ice but im not sure to get another clutch or proton power... i like the proton but the clutch is sick.... suggestions? and when your head starts to get loose.. is there anything i can do to get it stiff again.. oh and which head is best for face offs and rips?

i think the clutch is better for face offs but over all i like this better

I have had both heads so i no wat im talking about. First, the clutch, it has a nice pinch, nice and stiff, and if you string it right it will come out with a nice pocket. the proton power, this is wat i have now.It has a really nice pinch, its kinda stiff except for the top, again if you string it right it has a great pocket. If you take face offs get the clutch. If you play attack i would get either but highly reccomend the proton powwer

I dont come across money easy so I need to pick a good head. The only two heads that I like but can't pick between are the Gait Torque and STX Proton Power. If you could help that would be great. (I play attack)

I think this because. first i use this head for attack and itts awesome. second i dont really lik the shape of the torque. its kinda triangular.They are both good heads but i say this. this is also easy to string and comes out with a great pocket if you string it right

This head is much better than the torque. It is more flexible and lighter, and as a fellow Attackman i use this and it has been good to me, and if strung right has nice release consistently

and a zirconium shaft is an attack mens dream come true, the lightness and relibiltiy is to great and the toughness of the two makes a great par. Get it and dont ask questions.

its my back up midfield head (cuz i play d) and it is the lightest head i've ever had! the answer might be a little lighter but not by much. this is the best head i've ever had for mid. if ur a mid. or att. for get what u wanna get and get this

dont get any proton power or proton or anything ive used them all, the brine clutch is definitely the best, id spend the extra 10$ on a clutch [not a clutch X]

Hey guys, I plan on getting a new head soon, and I was thinking getting this or the Maverik Juice. I'm a midi and I occasionally take face-offs, and have been playing for 2 years. I want something that has real nice control and has like "flow" to my cradling (try to get me with that). I plan on stringing it with a mid-high pocket. And I take some shots on the goal, not many, maybe like 2 or 3 per game. Suggestion?

Currently i have a clutch and love it but its very stiff hows the pp stiffness and is the pp pinched ALOT more than the clutch or opens up alot more

i just had a clutch and bought a pp to try it out. the pp is ALOT stiffer, and imean alot. one of the stiffest yet most pinched heads in the game. i love iit

nope. if you want one like this that goes on a crank shaft get a k18

you can use regular heads with crankshaft. if your looking for a head like this weight-wise, get the g22 (lightest head ever made) if you are looking for a head like this durability wise, k22

if your not going into NCAA any time soon just get the proton power, in youth and high school you should just use pinched heads thats why there their.

ive had 3 of these heads... they are unbelievably amazing. one broke during a Winter A.L.L. game, but the two ive had for about a year now are still very flexible and reliable. custom stringing made this head a sniper ;] totally worth the money

im in the same graduating year. but watever about that lets talk heads. the proton power doesnt allow many different stringing options so if u dont like that then this isnt the head for u. also the stiffness of this head is trash. i love flexible heads because its easier for me in a face-off. the clutch is a little less pinched and has like 50 sidewall holes so u could most likely string that head in like 100 different ways(exaggeration). but seriously it had a lot more options than the P2. its also alot more stiff so if u play defense your head doesnt bend on ur opponent. that happens with my P2.thats probably my only problem with the P2. and the clutch's bottom holes at the throat break always. literally all my friends who have clutches have those same broken throat holes. the answer pro is pretty much a clutch to me except for the bottom hole defect and the sidewalls are easier to do sidewall stalls with if u like that stuff. the original answer blows. the scoop is bad which is bad for a mid. and it gets illegally pinched all the time.

This is an awesome head, I've been using it for about five months, now. It's been holding up great. shot speed is amazing, and i rarely throw bad passes with it. The only thing I'm a little skeptic about is if the head warps on face offs, and how much it warps.

This, Clutch, Juice, Brine Answer/Answer Pro, or any other suggestions. I play middy and i want a really good high pocket. So nothing to wide up high. I usually don't take the face offs.
