I'm thinking of getting this, a lakota, a legacy, or a proton power, any preference? |
 | | - #youplaywhat? 5/17/13 reply
depends on what you play, I love this and the lakota the PP is way to pinched and i've seen to many snap. the SP is a great offensive head |

i have this on my gait ice and it is amazing but i was wondering if this head is good for lsm and defence |
 | - Waxxxxxx 5/08/13 reply
hasn't warped, good all around head, i use this as a middy and attack, if strung right the head is just perfect |
 | - EliteLax03 5/05/13 reply
I don't know whether to buy the proton power or the super power. I have heard that the super power hourglasses like crazy, but also the some of the proton powers have defects. Any thoughts or advice? |

Any head fits on a shaft its just matter of screw placement. If it is wobbling a little, you can put tape around the shaft and jam the head on |

the pro strung is done by paol Rabi so what do you think?
 | | - RelaxAndReLax 3/28/13 reply
Get a real stringer to string yours, I ordered a "pro" strung from them and the pocket was more shallow than a kiddy pool. |
 | | - Waxxxxxx 5/08/13 reply
bad stringing, i bought it pre strung and it had no pocket or hold, i added east coast mesh and two u shooters and now its legit, the stringing didn't do much good for the head |

Should I get this or the evolution 3x? I play mid field and face off |
 | - Ovaltine7 3/07/13 reply
Absolutely love this head. Super easy to string, plays like a dream. Most of my teammates can pick it up and throw perfectly instantly. |

I play attack, should I buy this or a Proton. I play high school. |

 | | - xcomitatus 3/05/13 reply
Eh, not really good in my opinion. The super power is a really stiff head and it will break SO easily. I had one last year and loved it, did a couple faceoffs with it but the right sidewall broke by the end of the season. Just got a new one this year for attack. If you're willing to take the risk to spend 90 dollars for a stiff faceoff head, be my guest bud. |

 | - Ultimate Middie 1/31/13 reply
THIS HEAD IS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! i used my friends head on the new surgeon sti-ti AMAZING i do not reccomend for defenders because the head is not stiff but quite flexible Great for face off middies like me. |

yes. i've had a super power and a gait ice for about 2 years. |
 | - jrlaxt1 12/20/12 reply
Nice head but close to minimum string holes which restricts stringing options |
 | | - cristylw 12/27/12 reply
There's plenty. The Proton Power has nearly any. The Super Power has plenty of stringing holes, as shown in the picture. |

what is better for an attack a superpower or a evo x |
 | | - mjppgh 1/03/13 reply
usually attackmen want a narrower head so the ball wont come out, so the clutch would be the narrower one between the two, id say go with a proton power which is even narrower |
 | - cherokeelacrosee27 12/03/12 reply
I play highschool lacrosse and right now i have Proton power and stx katana, i have played 3 seasonns, and my shaft was getting too beat up and hangs a little too much. Any idea for a good shaft for a middie/attack that goes well with a proton power? Also should i sell my proton powerand buy the superpower? |
 | | - cristylw 12/27/12 reply
Your proton power will begin to pinch this season if you have been using it for 2 years. |
 | - TexKing 11/21/12 reply
would this be great with a rockitpoket?
 | - Lindylaxer19 11/17/12 reply
anyone who says that the clutch is a better faceoff head than the super power or a even a good head for facing off is clearly not a respectable face off guy because that head is absolutely horrible... |

 | - LaxFreeAgent 10/28/12 reply
Should I get this or a clutch for my back up? I have a stallion and I play middie btw |
 | | | - cristylw 11/23/12 reply
You probably used it for like 2 face-offs. super powers do warp/ "hourglass" so easily
 | - LaxPro1299 10/25/12 reply
I would say clutch because it is stiffer and would be easier to shimmy the ball out if needed. Plus the clutch is less likly to break in a face off. |

this is an awesome head. not as pinched as a proton power but still amazing hold. iv had it for one season and I have no complaints, strong and very light. you can go wrong with this head so if you have the chance to get this, do it. |
 | - Fritchmister #4 8/18/12 reply
I use to use the brine clutch 2x for faceoffs but they always seemed to break at the base within a few months. I've had this head for a whole year (4 tournaments, 1 combine, plus summer leugue) and it has no breaks or knicks. |

definetely the super power for faceoffs |

super power bro. i used one for an entire season and it didnt warp at all. its also a really light head
 | - iHandy 7/14/12 reply
I ordered one of these and got it in last week and I was shocked at how light it was. I strung it up immediately and this thing is sweet. It looks more pinched than it actually is, the throat creates some sort of illusion. |

very true. Mine is a little out of shape because a fat kid stepped on it but it doesn't affect my play. |
 | | - norcalcblax 7/17/12 reply
I've had it since middle of summer 2010, And I just noticed that it has gotten flexy. It never really warped too much, And it's a good durable head. Doesnt warp too much |
