they make mouthguards designed specifically for braces

HATE this thing. the hard white plastic comes through no matter how many molds i do and tears up my gums. it also wont mold right and i have a TERRIBLE time speaking/breathing with it in. i wouldnt recommend it, but ive heard good things from other people too. i myself just stick with the simple ones tho.

i got this thing for football, and to be honest it kinda sucked just go for the cheap ones

dude i was testing this mouthgaurd out during my jogging session when i was struck by an 18 wheeler and my face was broken and then i realized that i had a game that day... absolutly dont buy this mouth guard
