how does 1/4 in. of foam keep the ball in anyway. i have them on my sticks, but i don't get how they work anyway. i've played without one before and i didn't notice a differencein how i played. and if you go to pretty much any lacrosse store they will give you a bunch for free
i traded with my friend and got a head with this ball stop... its terrible...btw its not rubber like it looks like in the picture... it bounces right out... its like nothing is there
i've been playing without one of these for the whole season and i haven't had a problem yet but its a waste of money to buy one of these for $2 you can get them free other places
when you put te ball in and put it straight up and down it keeps the ball in the head, i'm not sure why you have to hav one. i took mine off and it works fine, and most heads come with it... all heads.
Like it was said before, these came imprinted with a large GAIT by DEBEER logo right in the middle. If I wanted Gait ball stops, I would have ordered them.
These should either be blank (like in the picture) or should say Warrior.
go to the lax.com outlet store and they will give em to u for free just ask and u dnt even need these anymore they r not requered nad they rly dnt do much
wow if there's anyone who doesn't know what a ball stop is, then just leave and go buy ur noob sticks at sports authority (unless it's literally your first day playing, which i can understand not knowing what it is)
wow all i wanted to knwo is if it was skinny, and btw i play hard core d and used my chaos without a ball stop for 2 years and there is nothin wrong with it, and i dont even want one
ps how do u kwno i m rich?
The ball stop actually has duel purposes. Not only does it protect the throat, but it also is somewhat cusioned (hense, that it protects the throat) so it also gives you the advantage of directly slowing down the ball so that it will go into your stick if caught at odd angles, so therefore it won't hit and fly back out. I can't figure out why you wouldn't want one in the first place...
