are the shoulder pads removable?

Yea they are, and you get a great range of motion without them. Loved this protector until the buckle broke

I like these cuz I can leave the creace and deck someone without hurting my shoulder

these rok but really theyre all the same i use a crap one and it doesnt it hurt u gotta be a real man back there not a wimp!!

My dad has me wear shoulder pads underneath a chest protector because if i were t oget hit in the shoulder. Do a lot of goalies do that.

A goalie generally only wears a chest protector. You're dad's being over protective. I have to imagine you can barely move with all that on.

I agree with albeardslee, I always remove the shoulder pads off my chest protectors because it won't let me throw as far.

depends how old you are when i was in 4th grade i used to wear elbow pads and it depends how you like it.

I just recieved it and it is soooooooooo sick. You should get one also i would highly reccomend it
