Dont buy unless your in a youth league, i play on a college club team and we broke them the first day.

If you play D you should be able to know where to slide without hooking yourself up to this thing. If your team has to use these things, get some new defenders

This is good for like little kids learning defense. Nothing else really.

i play goalie and my defense sucked massive chode this would have helped seeing as every shot was within ten yards from the crease

just take some rope and tie some lasso type loops in them and attach them to all your d-men, its basically exact same thing.

Nah my coach used it with me and the other 2 strarting defense man, its for the triangle, sliding, and communicating knowing whos got ur back it wass actually pretty fun untill i broke it lol
