its a good head for an attackmen, I play at NEC and a few of our attackmen use this head and love it. I have it too and its perfect for a midfielder. it can string a mean high pocket with a lot of hold. if you like the high pocket, you can string a sick high pocket with this.

I play aggressive middi and do faceoffs i want a durable lightweight head and i am trying to choose between the Cobra X the Noz X or the Gospel.. if u have any of these heads can u reply with ur opion on them and if you wanna tell me which shaft to chose between the Brine Swizzle Scandium 2011, the Maverick wonderboy, or the Stx Katana.. I'd really appreciate if you guys can reply thanks

get the stx super power and the swizzle scandium. .. i have 2 super powers & 3 swizzles. best choice/ combinations

yo i use the gospel on d, has some flexibility to it, extremely durable, and is a real groundball machine. i dont even have to look to make sure the ball is in my stick, just run through them. get dis

bro, super powers the way to go, its a great face-off head. it will warp over time though... so stick a softball in it or something after games and practices

why cant you use X6 heads in youth and high school?

k18 becuz they are good protection and they break in and they are very flexible

because the scoop is too narrow. hs youth regulations say that the scoop must my 6.5 inches but the scoop of this head is 6 inches

Well my man, you can ask a bud to string it for you, or if you have a COMLAX or any specialty lacrosse store in your area (if you have one), they can do it for you. But if you have a lot of time on your hands, theres stringing vids on this website, or if you just go to youtube you can find a bunch of how-to stringing videos. Once you get it down your set, hopefully you haven't waited these 2 weeks without your head strung! Hope this helps!

I need honest opinions about what head I should get. I am looking for a head with good hold(so a decent pinch), easy ground balls and stiffness for close defense. My only choices are the evo-spyne, proton power, e3/edge and the x2. Which is the best for me.

this is a great head for long pole i put mine on my longpole and it works great

get the evo x it is the best head it is very stiff and wont break

I have had a good experience with this head, I used to have the evo pro until they changed the rules but my pocket its much different in this head then the evo pro just not as pinched, really like this head, been working great for me

this head is terrible. ive played 4 college games and it already has a crack at the top. if ur gonna get a NCAA legal head then get the Brine Voyce X6

college rules sucks for offense because you have to use unpinched heads now (compared to heads like were used to like evo helix clutch exc..) but lacrosse isnt about your equipment..its how you play and your love for the game..all this stuff wont make you better..only thing you could change that could make you better is your string job and if it has an ok pocket and throws well then get used to it and get consistensy down

i play in high school but my school plays with ncaa rules so am able to use these heads so which one should i get this one or the brine voyce x6

ive used all and the professor is my favorite. it was easier to string and has the best scoop in my opion. i loved it with a 7d mid-high pocket

they changed the ruling for heads that can and can't be used in NCAA play only, for 2010... the new heads that have a X or 6X are those new heads

In highschool the rule for the top of the head is 6.5, but in college it is only 6. The top of the head is too narrow for highschool rules.
