i really love this head but WARNING!!!! DONT USE IN UNDER 55-60 DEGREES. The plastic becomes brittle and WILL break simply off catching a ball. I dont know why warrior has been so cheap with this plastic but i had two break on me in 50 degree weather. |

just won this after winning a tournament, fairly stiff with a little flex. not many stringing holes so it will be sort of tough to string your ideal pocket overall a great looking head and isn't to expensive!! |
 | - Ted12 6/11/12 reply
sweet head, reccomend stringing mark matthews style (look up on youtube mark matthews stringing) or just good ol' dura mesh and 3 across.i love this head! |

 | | - laxinoff 7/21/12 reply
no, i tried with traditional and it never worked

 | | - laxin panda 8/08/12 reply
yes, a pita works fantastic in this. like steele stanwik
 | - Scott Pribe 5/20/12 reply
It's a nice durable head but u can't make an upper pocket; It only goes good with lower pockets. Overall it's a nice head. |
 | - KingsLax21 5/12/12 reply
besides the weight what is the difference between them which has more flex which is stiff and anything else the may make on better than the other |
 | - laxkid1214 4/27/12 reply
for the price its a great head but i wouldnt personally recommend it. really only goes well with a low pocket(which i dont like) and isnt the strongest head ive ever had. decent head tho but has to be strung right and tinkered w |

absolute worst face-off head ever! i bought this strictly for face-offs and it failed every time i went to face it bent sometimes a full 90 degrees (good for winning the face) just horrible to pick it up after you win its still stays bent after faceoffs easy to fix just annoying as hell when your in game |

This head may not look pretty, but it strings up great. Its also really light. By far my one of my favorite heads that i have owned. definitely worth the price. |

is the evolyte x and the evolution x the same head?!?!? |
 | | - vbadb 5/02/11 reply
evolyte x is 3.9 oz and evolution 2.0 x is 4.6 |
 | | - bottfamily 1/28/12 reply
well the evolyte x is filled with nitrogen so it makes it really light, the evoultion x is not filled with the nitrogen so its the same head just without the nitrogen in it. |

Evo x or super power? I play defense and have broken the evo spyne, evo 2.0, 2 revo 2.0s, and a revo pro all at the sidewall. Is this going to be any better? |
 | | - Jack Thomas 2/07/11 reply
evo x is great friend uses it for year and it has the slitests warp but he faces off so idk for d they r petty stiff. The super powerwill warp to and is more flexible. Get a xcal or x10 |
 | | - #1 !!! 2/10/11 reply
evo x is porb better the sp is no as focused on d . id get the evox cuz they wood both prob break eventually so u will lose less money on evo x and it will prob last longer. if it breaks get an x 10 or xcal. ! |
 | - chiwhiz101 10/26/10 reply
I play middie, and start Face off. I had the clutch and loved it, but is this evolution better?
i'm mainly focused on it not getting warped or made illegal from F.O.'s. |
 | | - Bun B 2/01/11 reply
dont get either cuz they are not very duralble

 | - Xxluke26xX 9/18/10 reply
you know that the proton power is the best faceoff head like ever made right? you also know that the "X" after a heads name means it meets NCAA specs. what im trying to say is that it will be a wider head width wise. if you are still in high school, get the PP. you can get nice and close to the ball, nice clamp, rake, or plunger with this head. trust me its better than the clutch. all i do on my team is faceoffs. I had an 89.23% win percentage last year so trust me, i knowww |
 | | - Xxluke26xX 9/18/10 reply
this is still a dirty head. i have one but rarely use it for faceoffs
 | | - chiwhiz101 9/20/10 reply
oh okay, damn 89 % not bad bro.
well do you like your FO head to be stiff or are you one of those guys that likes it to be easily warped?
and yeah i see what you're saying just thought it may have been weak because of the one side wall. |
 | | - chiwhiz101 9/20/10 reply
Oh my h school or state (Tx) goes by ncaa rules, and the PP isn't legal would you just getting the super power? or is it a major difference to where i wouldn't want to buy it. |
 | - chiwhiz101 9/16/10 reply
how does this head do on face offs?
i'm the starting face off middie, and i had a clutch last yr and loved it! but it got warped a lot. will the evo x do the same? |
 | | - underall666 8/22/10 reply
great ive had alotta heads and this is the best. its stiff yet will bend, and the ball wont get stuck. |
 | | | - BrineLacrosse397 8/22/10 reply
does the throat get pinched after a lot of faceoffs tho? i had an evo 2.0 and now its illegal because the bottom warped |
 | | | | - underall666 9/07/10 reply

i take faceoffs for my high school team so im looking for a head thats durable but can still bend but not break (if that makes sense). Any suggestions? |
 | | - zachattack23 7/19/10 reply
this is pretty good. but its decently stiff. if you want the evo i would go for the evolyte x.. but i personally thing the closest thing to a blade is a noz.... roughly the same shape and same flex.. if you like to put the ball behind you then just go for this.. but if your a pinch and pop kinda guy go with the noz |
 | | - Gabe Hickey 7/31/10 reply
i think you should get the brine swerve, i have it and it rocks for faceoffs. the only thing with mine is that sometimes it sticks to the left after aa face |
