Pinch is perfect, accuracy is spot on

this head is to me the best, i use this with a deep pole and i scope a ground ball without breaking a sweat and the hold (if strung correct) is so nasty! prefer for all players with experience!

i love this head,, it is odd that i use it as a defender but i clear the field with ease, and its accuracy is amazing,, i wouldnt recomend it to begginers because of the pinch. its mad strong though which i love. overall pretty good. -20-

the helix is the most frustrating head i have ever used...it has good pinch but unless you have insanley hard mesh it will probably throw down and piss u off if your a middle school player get a tourque..lots of stringing holes nice pinch and light head.

im starting my second season with my helix. love it alot but it is incredibly difficult to string to get a good amount of whip it took me about 2 years to get it to where i like it although mine wus a bit warped in the box wehn i got it i think becuase it is much more pinched and shapeley than others i have seen never use monster mesh (6 diamond) iwht it and i only make a deep pocket if u want it to whip keep the pocket high as well 4 shooting strings seems to work the best for me i would suggest it to someone who is experienced enough to string their own stick and manage it throughout the season its somewhat high maintenance but worth it all the way

okay there are maney mixd revews of this head and i personally have had maney different heads over my lax carreer and i always end up comming back to the helix. i have always kept one as a backup and always use it more than my primary. right now i have an opporational helix, pp, and juice. and if you need an all around head the juice is the way to go 1000% but if your a middy/attack who loves to run through people instead of around and you smash all the way up to the goal to shoot you need the helix the ball will never fall out. the only people who cant use this head are beginners because they cant catch well enough yet. and it is also one on the stiffest heads arround for the dfence aspect of things.although for a well rounded middi its the juice all the way.

this head is amazing, mine has lasted me 4 years. I am going to get another one because mine has a 2 tiny cracks in it and i dont want my casey powell signature to wear off before i can "retire" this bad boy. I have this head and a K-Pro Diamond and i really think its the best combo available today. Its freakin SICK. The way its weight is distributed makes it cradle almost automatically. It is may be slightly heavier than the lightest heads available but it makes up for it in so many other ways. Also, you'll never have to pinch it. Baking sticks often leaves you with an asymmetrical head that is made of brittle easy to snap plastic from the temper left on it from baking.

great head the best thing abolut it is definatly hold and accuracy cus its pinched it has really nice flared sidewalls to improve weight and catching lastly it is very durable because of the nylon blendand jordan if u want ball control get the helix not a 2010 head cuz of widened throat and laxin no1 here is stupid the prton power breaks way to easy and is terrible for stringing so why would u spend money on that it is good though

helix is better then clutch because helix has better ball control

i have the helix and really like it but, refs always give me a hard time sayin mines just barely legal. so if you get it try your hardest not to let it get any more pinched

both heads are longer than the average head so it delays ball release

it becomes way to pinched and when it flexes it dosent pop back in to place but it is a great face off head

i would go with the clutch or torque. depends how you want it. clutch is a better overall head but the torque was built for shots and has a rip.

I`d go with the clutch because it has great ball control and accuracy

There almost the same honestly the evos probably lighter just as strong. And if you know people you can get them for $50 brand new unstrung. you can also probably get a deeper pocket because the head is pinched all the way. Might get illegal though...

on the botom of the head it gets wide and it dosent hold the ball so its no elegal but it dosent pop back in to place when it bends

i just went 2 notre dame lax camp (where it was 90-100 degrees the entire time i was there and my helix is dyed black) and played with this head the entire time and nothing happened 2 it

i have the same problem but im stuck between proton power and the clutch dont get the helix its too much money for what it is. my friend has one and the twisted side wall wears off after a month or few

cheaper, just as strong light same scoop. i play middie with a kyptopro and i have no problems. keep of sidewalks it dosnt like hard stuff scratches easy.

i played 1 season on attack and now im going to play d. this is mainly an attack head, its wayy too pinched for d in my opinion.

it depends on your style of play if you like alot of ball conorl but can still make up for the smaller crosse than its nasty

my friend has the helix and he let me mess around with it and it was so wierd. when u scooped you have to wait a second for the ball to fall into the pocket then start cradling. on my Reebok 6k and my clutch all you have to do is scoop and then imediatly start cradling and the ball falls into the pocket.

dont get titanium in your head once it bends it bends. only get titanium if its in your shaft. get a revo pro cheaper and its amazing

Revo Pro is amazing head loved it and had it for 4 years. I used it as a defensive midi and I still scored because it rocked my socks. Love it buy it

i own it and used it for D to answer all the questions abotu that... its great, scoops nice and really holds the ball nice. i strung it with some 6 diamond. My one question is about warping. mine seems to have bent a lil and stays bent, ive tried to just bend it back but it always goes back after i leave it. it still throws nice thank god

I already know I'm getting a helix, but i don't know what shaft to get with it. I play middie and i want something light. I was thinking about the wonder boy, scandium pro, or krypto pro, but I'm not sure. Which one is the best, or if you recommend anything else please tell me.

i used the platinum all season. i now only have one little dent without any bending or cracking.

obviously the top selling shaft.. the kryptolyte

it started out a decent head but not half a season through and its lost a lot of stiffness. i also cant seem to sting it without massive amounts of whip without losing my pocket or hold. i would only reccommend for a middie.

i play d with a blade 2 and it held the entire season without any problems. the only thing i did to it all season was replace a snapped sidewall string halfway through the season.

unless you play in apee-wee girls league, this head is gonna get soft on you. dont speak too soon cuz you dont get a good demonstration of durability without playing in a competitive league and you use the head for quite a few games. Bottom line if you buy this head you will need a new one by the same time the next season if youre a long-pole
