Assuming you aren't a newbie and are looking to tweak/improve ur game to the next level, this video will teach u how to improve shot speed, technique, how to dodge and make people look silly/stupid at the same time, and will help u improve stick protection. Assuming you are a newbie and don't watch much lacrosse, it provides a solid base on throwing, catching, cradling two handed and one handed......as well as provide awesome highlights of Millon in action. Bottom line: This video is worth it, it provides valuable instruction, awesome highlights to study, tips and advice on how to improve, it even comes with a showoff section...lol.
