This or stx cell

do the shoulder pads get in the way or slow you down?

im looking to get a new cp because my old one sucks. Which one is better this or 7K

Been playing in cage for over twenty years and never been a big Warrior fan. To me they always seemed more about style than substance. This is the best CP I've ever used. Very comfortable/maneuverable (I did remove the shoulder caps and arm pads). well made solid protection. I know the price seems high but spread over a few solid seasons of use and it is well worth it. The Brine Eraser is hyped a lot but honestly it is so wide across the chest that I felt very restricted. Most other pads did not offer the amount of protection I was looking for. I highly recommend these. Size runs true. I am 5'10" and 165 lbs. The large fit me well. Good luck.

so i dont know which ones to get. i really want the mobility, but also the protection. agility is my major concern. so its either this, the warrior MPG goalie gaurd 8.0 or the brine eraser cp. please help.

These pads are really comfortable but movement is horrrible go with the Eraser, its smaller, more mobility, and sooo much more comfortable, youll regret buying this.

Which pads have the best protection for the best price

just gonna say if ur a goalie u need not to worry about the price.

Ive played middie for two years and im switching to keep. I have a pretty good idea about goalie pads but i dont know what to get. What do u look for in a chest pad...like flexible or a lot of pad or shoulder portector...just need some help thanks

this cp has everything yo want removable shoulder caps so if you dont like them you can take them off. it is also very protective you can barely feel the shots. also it guards your nutzz so even if you do get hit there your kids wont have 17 toes and 2 left feet. it is hard to move around though not too much though. overall a good 4 and half star cp i recomend it

the stx cell, or mll chest pad 7.0, or reebok 5k, or the eraser. wat do u think about those?

i would go with the cells with those four also the 8.o's are good and if not the season is almost over so you could also wait to see what comes out next year im sticking with my 7s until next year cuz ive had'um for awile the 9.0s are gonna be players club and mlls i think and they will be good they always are so get some money and by the ones that come out next year but if you cant wait get the cells but if you want a tempoary cp amd then get what comes out next year then go with the rbk5k

I have played with this chest pad for a good 6 months and it is dirty but i think it limits you from making off side saves it is to stiff on the shoulders but provides great protection in all areas. I am getting a smaller one now cause i like to be able to move around more but is defenitly worth the the $ so buy !

i dont have either of them so i cant give you a strait opinion but my friend has both he uses the 7's but he sais the 8's are more movable but these offfer more protection

the bottom little flap and the little flaps above the bicep pads? or do you have to cut em off?

everything is attached with velcro the little falps and the arm pads are all removable

Okay so heres the deal. I play middie and i got these pads and they are the worst thing i have ever seen. I can barley even move when i face off and it looks like a have a bullet proof vest on! There rediculous. Also, There is no back protection so every time i get hit in the back it hurts so bad! Whoever made these pads was extremely stupid. Im sending these back and getting the brine erasers. Jeeze Louise

get the warrior chest pad 8.0 its great and comfortable and everything but if your going to spend a buncha money go get the Warrior: MLL Chest Pad 7.0 i tried it on today omg its so nice and heavanly its so awsome its much better than this one in every way

this thing has a terrible scoop and it warps easily. i would get the proton power. its also hard to string

hey im getting a new chest protector, iz this one any good?

This item is only under warranty for 30 days. My parents bought this for me in February for the new season to replace my STX which I out grew. Last week I took a shot off the hip and the plastic buckle broke. Now I realize plastic breaks but they should stand behind the product. Now I have a 3 month old $ 150.00 chest protector held together with tape. My STX and Gait chest protectors both lasted better than 3 seasons each and I got this only because I grew 5 1/2" this past year and they don't fit.

does anyone know what the best chest protector is or which one the pros use?

These are goalie pads, not attack pads which is why your goalie wears the same pads as you do. I recommend returning these pads and getting the attack version of these which you can find on this website. The fact that you have all front protection and no back protection does not help in your position because attack men need some protection in the back and not so much protection in the stomach area. In addition, the pads restrict more of your much needed movement. Just return these and get the regular pads.

im sorry but is it really that hard to know the difference between normal pads and goalie. Im sorry but ive seen too many of these people.

it is very bulky and it makes it hard to turn your head because the shoulder caps. its defenitely not worth the money. save it and invest in a smaller more manuverable pad.

I have the 6.0 version and this looks pretty much the same. it looks like they took the arms in a little which is good because in the old one it really restricts movement. The padding is nice, but overall i would probably suggest the eraser because this is $$ and its bulky

its relatively ok but the shoulders are massive and bulky and make the whole thing ride off your chest about an inch and restricts movement ridiculously. Also very wide and restricts the arms

These pads offer great protection. I've had these for about 3 weeks now and you cant feel a thing when you get hit. They're amazing!!

i just got these pads, and to say the least they are amazing. They fit perfectly and are not big and do not restrict my movement at all. I was a little apprehensive about the bulky shoulder caps, but they don't hinder me at all. Good pads, I don't feel a thing when i get hit.
