your mom gave me one of these. it diddnt last long though she broke the head

and it lasted a long time

but i walked into class with it.... my fly was down.

i have this head and i see nothing wrong with it. It is about as heavy as a revo and if you string it with crosslace it is about as heavy as an evo 2.0 pro with mesh. it also has a small shape to it. i is a short head so it will have a quick release. It have a borderline legal scope and a nice but not over done pinch. It has enough of a face to block down shots and passes on d, and is pinched enough to take the ball up field. It is also very stiff ( STIFFI??) and it can handle the most agressive d or f-off specilist while being pinched enough to take the ball up field without any problem. It doesn't have that huge of an offset, but that can help or hurt your speed depending on how you shoot and how you string it. overall a good f-off head and d head. stiff enough to handle almost anything.

i played defense my sophomore year in highschool and this baby did the job. if you guys think this head is heavy, please sign up for a gym ASAP. its very durable and strong. my platinum alloy then and the stiffi did work

its a good head for d's but if u bend the metal rods its crap

I don't know why the ratings for this are so bad. I had a kid on my team who dominated faceoffs with it and was able to shoot where ever he wanted with it. He never complained and was one of our best players.

This would be a pretty good head for D cause its nice and stiff for awesome poke checks and its not too pinched for swatting away passes

this head isnt very heavy at all i think it is only 5.0 grams which isnt much more than most heads. heavy is 5.5 or more. lift some weights arand, or are those gonna be too heavy too.

this head is not that stiff(no matter what the name says) It is very easy to bend.

i started playin lax 4 months ago...i bought a warrior outlaw head.. then i got a stx deuce...i would like to know the difference between this head and an outlaw pinched and restrung?

Which head should i choose for defense. I play varsity and my revo 2.0 broke and i need a new head for the up coming season and i am looking for a good one and one of my friends told me about this three. Which one should i choose?

ok so the evo ti is not good. my friend has it and its just an evo in stiffi form. and at varisty it will def. break so id go with the viper 2 cuz its not too pinched and it can also be good for lsm/taking it up as a pole.

I guess out of those three for defense the viper would be best, but the revo pro is one if not the best defensive head. + the Evo ti is not pinched like a evo pro or a evo 2.0 because Warrior had to change it due to the 2010 rules if they wanted to sell any of these heads

cheap and reliable and stiff, mine lasted for two seasons till it became illegal then broke but i had that then i bought a helix now im goin back to the revo pro. also mad easy to string in a way that it will throw good and have a good pocket

I would get the proton power, but it's not exactly the stiffest head for the defensive side of play, but this head is not hard to warp permanently.

I got this head about 30 minutes before practice. I went to practice and threw a couple standard poke checks and hit two sticks and when I went to take a water break I noticed the tip of my head was cracked down the middle. Kinda sucks that the 1/4 not protected by titanium broke =P. I really liked the head though so I got my money back and now I'm ordering one off here.

Today at practice I saw a kid on my team with this head just snap it into two pieces going for a groundball... this head is junk dont buy it it will break very easily

I am in U-13 and have a 70 mph shot this got it up to about 75 and great durability and good ball handling. This and light blue proton power is the best two heads.

Ok so I had this head for like a year, and it broke. Which is fine for every other head, but you don't except that from a stiffi, so I just bought the answer pro, I loved it, until it just broke after like the third time I used it. I need a strong head, help me find one.

this is a great head and if you have an insane amount of money, buy it. But there are many D heads just like this for so much less. The Juice, Revo Pro, Cyber Pro, and others are 99% as nice and much less $$$. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE BILL GATES

this is a decent head, but for the price, you can purchase something else (evo) in which it is much better, and a lot cheaper. it is a fairly light head, and for sure is extremely strong, however, it has a terrible pinch to it, and stringing it is a pain in the butt :> hope this helps out!

I used this head for an entire spring season for middie and faceoff, some tournaments and then for a summer league. It didn't break or bend, so I'm surprised by everybody who says theirs did. I mean, I broke other people's heads with the Stiffi, not the other way around. Maybe I just got really lucky? Either way, I still don't like it overall, I'm using the Evo Pro now and it's a way better head.

nah man ive had mine for a season and a half. its been stepped on, kicked, hit, etc. i polay defence and i never have to worry about it breaking. now if only i could get some mesh that would stay good..lol also at practice one day i went up againsat someone and came out with the ball :D but my friend using the revo pro did the same thing...snapped his head in half

what position do u play?

I Have had this head for about 6 months (2 seasons) it does not move at all and is a completely unpinched head and is basically a spuare titanium peice of plastic. If you want a good, stiff head for any position, get either the revo or evo regular or 2.0

people have been telling me tht this is really durable cause of the titanium and it doesnt bend and some people say it bends and breaks easier cause of the titanium? shud i get it or not?

It is durable... only where the titanium rod is. The head commonly breaks on the back of the neck, and where the head's sidewalls flre out towards the top. It is accurate, but the range dissapointed me(compared to other heads i've used)

The stiffness in this head is incredible. With it's more pinched sidewalls, this owns the Evo Ti while middybacking.Get a nice whippy pocket and ur good to go

i got this head thanking its durable and is good for poke checks. I play creas d and love to fly into people with my stick out and hit them in the gut. I got this head took it to njs got it strung went to practice and i therw one hard slap sheck and it bent a little and i couldnt bend it back. then i threw a hard poke chek and the rods broke and my head snapped in half. its the biggest waist of money in the world.

so heres te real story about the stiffi. the head is ok. not worth the money. it is not nearly as stiff as Warrior claims. i use it for D and i broke it after one and a half tourtaments. one of my friends plays attack and a defender broke it. it is als not a face off head because once it bends it stays that way. it is a gimmic. if you want a stiff head go with the Cyber Pro, or the proton +. the revolutions are good to.

this head is not stiff at all trust me grab a bionic at one third the cost of this.

my friend has one and because it is only titanium reinforced at the bottom if you go for aground ball and you drive your stick into the ground it snaps at the top. also it is really heavy

you can't pinch it and it bends one way and stays that way you have to constantly bend the head back because the titanium causes it to stay like that it is a pain in the ass

You're right. After the Titanium has broken in, when the head bends it will start to get stuck in the position it bent to. This especially annoying when you are in a game situation you throw a check, your head is bent and then you cant scoop.

I play defense and have this head. I used it all season and it was great never bent on checks, was really easy to scoop with, and seamed indestructible. The season ended and there was not a scratch or a crack in sight but over the summer I went to a lacrosse camp. At the camp I noticed the head was staying bent after checks and i constantly had to readjust it. Finally, on one really big poke check i snapped the part of the side wall that didn't have any titanium it. Unfortunately this happened about a month after my warranty was up so i was out of luck and a $150. Overall this is a great stick and you will love playing with it but watch out because not all the side walls are as tough as the ones with the titanium in them. If I were you I might wait and see what the Evo TI is like.
