what is the best of all d poles

The best is the brine Defence stick

The head and only the head is good the stick its self suck. Me and a couple of my friends where play full body contact like you would in a game and one of them hit my stick and bent the whole stick. The stick its self is really heavy it is one of the heaviest sticks I have ever felt the AV8 pole is way better. I also have this pole in an attack and it did the same thing good thing lax has a year return policy

I got this about two weeks ago and am very happy. The head is nicely pinched which can make catching a bit harder at first, but helps with cradling. The hard mesh takes a little while to break in and get a good pocket but is great once you get it. It was a little more than I was looking to pay but as I can tell it was well worth it

It is relatively good. Mesh it came with is perfect, its in my pic. Head is very flimsy and flexible though. I could break it with my hands. Get a new head, the shaft is perfect. Get some stick tape too.
