Saw someone stating these helmets don't prevent concussions. That's right, and neither do any other helmets. Head-to-head hits are illegal and dangerous. From a May '13 Time Magazine citing a study, "...the authors say there is a lack of evidence that mouth-guards and helmets prevent concussions. These pieces of equipment can protect against injuries to the head and face, but likely do little to ward off the more serious internal damage from a concussion." It is usually the sudden & sharp impact of the brain against the skull that creates the damage. Most serious outcomes result from re-concussing due to insufficient healing time.
When you lower your head to hit your opponent, you open yourself to the same risk. Play hard and play safe.

The protection on these helmets are the worst i have ever seen. These helmets look cool and can be customized but the protection is so bad it's not worth it. I play middie and i go helmet to helmet hits almost every ground ball and i end up dizzy and have my ears ringing almost after everyone. A couple of my friends already have concussions with it and my school team are getting back their old Cpx-R's soon. If you were looking to buy this helmet you should go with Cascade instead they have superior protection.

Looks ok but the padding is like bicycle pads, can't compare to pro7 or cpxr
- GOLD medal CHAMPION 6/25/12 reply
My brother got one of these and we love it! It has very comfortable padding. It looks like the brine helmet because warrior bought brine not to long ago. I think it's the best looking helmet and I kinda like the pro7 but I think it's a little over rated. This helmet to me and a lot of players is the best.

never tried this helmet on but i got to hold one and look at it. its extremely lightweight, and its kind of a mix between the brine triumph shape and cpx padding. the pro-7/cpx-r would probably last longer in my opinion, they just feel more durable

Cascade makes better helmets. These warrior helmets basically have the same padding as a bicycle helmets. not good for contact sport

i have this helmet. its not good the foam on the back of the helmet is ripped off and im taping it. poorrrr quality. and the cascade throat guard i had to awkwardly tie on and doesnt work properly. dont get it.
Im getting a pro7 instead.
- rambo421 6/23/11 reply
I should have gotten this. It is so much cheaper than the pro 7 and I think it looks sicker. a lot of NCAA teams wear them too
- JoeRicherme 6/09/11 reply
does anyone know if the cascade throat guard fits good on this?

- laxmonster13 4/25/12 reply
why do you think its called the TII? It stands for Triumph 2
- sapoe 3/02/11 reply
warrior helmets look like crap, they copy off cascade and brine and ad some stuff to it and it looks bad, stick with cascade cpxr,cpx,pro7 or the brine triumph.
- iRunPole 2/28/11 reply
Warrior cant even come up with there own designs... First they copy the CPX and now the Brine Triumph. This is getting a little ridiculous...
- asiandude972 2/28/11 reply
Warrior and Brine are owned by the same company, basically, Warrior and Brine are just one company
- joe1197 3/01/11 reply
i think ur picture is wearing a venom and thts warrior but yeah this is getting crazy
- iRunPole 3/04/11 reply

- levinelaxer 5/09/11 reply
You guys are idiots. Of course warrior copied Brine... Warrior owns Brine!!! They are the same company!!!
- LAXHER0 5/15/11 reply
no cascade share designs cause their own by the same companies or sumtin so they arnt stealling
- prezzo 2/26/11 reply
I feel sorry for anyone that has to wear one of these, especially the D1 teams that are forced to wear these horrendous helmets. Notre Dame's gold Pro Sevens looked about a thousand times better than the hideous lids Duke was rocking. After trying one of these on at the store I work at, I realized that this thing is quite easily one of the worst helmets ever created, right up there with the old Stryke, Gait, & PLH 2000 helmets. It fits even worse than it looks, so don't even think about buying one of these. Stick with the Pro 7 or CPX-R; Cascade has been making helmets for decades & fortunately they know what they're doing. Warrior doesn't have a clue on how to make a helmet, so hopefully they stop wasting their time making crap like this.

Good one buddy. Go learn proper grammar before you start talking trash.
- aropod 2/22/11 reply
looks like a mix between a pro7 and a triumph... but thats not a bad thin
- redwings46 2/21/11 reply
only problem i can see is that the top bar looks like it would be right in the middle line of sight
- joe1197 2/16/11 reply
