its a special kind of fleece with a water proof outer(that breaths and wicks away water) its not that complicated its basicly wearing a tight water proof poly pro shirt its really good not complicated buy

I dont exactly know how they do it, but it works. It's apparently done with a certain type of material that doesnt let cold in, keeps the heat in. SO its pretty much one sided cloth, and the shirt fits tight so there is no extra coldness that can come in anythwere

Its way to complicated to explain... just think of it as another layer, BUT is a lot more insulating... As they say.. its better to wear more thinner layers than 1 thick layer........

get under armour its so much better and it keeps you warmer or colder...whatever you want but it does cost some $$$
