No no no. Your comment about the shot clock is completely out of place here, because what you don't realize is that the instiution of the shot clock was proposed so that MORE games would look like Virginia-Syracuse games, thereby pleasing fans like you. Fans like games that end is 16-15 results, but fans don't like games that end in 7-6 results (like many Princeton games), because there is not enough scoring. The shot clock would help speed up the play over other teams, elevating them to the level of Virginia and Syracuse. Do your homework.
