Terps-Virginia

It was a beautiful warm sunny day in Charlottesville as the terpd defense beat up John Christmas using double teams. He was a threat only without the ball and of course a big one at that especially on extra man. He was continually open as the D sagged off of him and did get one goal early on as the weak side guy open on the crease. Somehow Virginia didn't get their offense into high gear until the end of the game. And how did Jay Pfieffer get 12 saves? I didn't see him get two. Maybe I'm blind. The game wasn't all that exciting as it was the typical strategic game of late. i don't think ther was one fast break executed. McCormick had a very good game. Pfieffer was not a factor.
