I like tilman because he is still young. The game is evolving and so are the mind sets. I think i younger coach may be just what they need.YOunger coachs can always relate really well to their players and bond the best i think. Somone younger with experience as an assitant at D1 would do good. I give meade plenty of credit and think he is a good coach, but beating cupcakes doesnt mean much
