.. I've been asked several times about more stereotypes, etc, etc... well I have another one for all you. This new term I frequently have used, and have heard has an indirect link to the game itself.
You all know those kids...(middle school, high school, college....) that think lacross players are God's gift to man kind. You know the type. These people (most often males) may play the game themselves, but most of the time they are only followers of the game. These people, commonly known as Lacrosstitutes CLING to lacrosse players. They treat them like a freshly made snow cone on a hot summer's day. When lacrosstitutes play lacross themselves, its even more hilarious. They think THEY are the 'snow cone'... and expect everyone to treat them accordingly.
