Bucknell is legit top 15 and returned the Patriot League Rookie of the year as well as 3 pre-season All Americans. Throw in the torrential downpour for 95% of the game, 1 day of practice for Navy after returning from 2 games over Spring Break and a Bucknell goalie who played out of his mind and you get 4-3 OT.
