Terps are legit. Anyone who says otherwise is obviously just jealous of their number one ranking-looking in your direction G-town. From what I heard they have yet to give the championship trophy to the team who won the most pre season scrimmages.
Speaking of defenses I believe Maryland has let in fewer goals against tougher teams then Gtown. As well as having the best goalie in the nation.
And what I find even stranger is that it was mentioned that when Virginia beats Maryland THIS weekend and when Gtown and Cuse play at the end of the season. Seems like someone has a pretty cheesy schedule since maryland still has to play Virginia then Hopkins, then the ACC tournament. Is the Hoyas next big game really not until the end of the season? Sweet ECAC.
