| | | Hats off to Middlebury by DenisonSucks on May 27, 2002 @10:51:02 PM | | | | | Not a bad game, I thought G'Burg had a chance until the 4th quarter when they just got blown out. For the second year in a row the Bullets just didn't seem to have any sort of offense going, nobody could seem to beat their man cleanly -- including Milliman -- and the G'Burg shooters didn't seem good at all. However, a lot of the credit for G'Burg's lack of offense must be given to the Middlebury defense; those kids are just plain nasty. Number 33 thoroughly dominated everyone he went up against, scooped up every loose ball, and was great at clearing. The rest of the longsticks played great, too, but 33 was noticeably best. Congratulations Middlebury. On a side note, keep in mind that Whittier only lost to Middlebury by 1, and that was after their best player went down early in the third quarter...it would've been nice to see those guys in the final. | |
