and please include a little note with your invoice number if possible. Due to inventory and accounting concerns we cannot simply swap items -- we will just credit your card for what you send back. Its then your call if you want to order another size/color combo. We cannot be responsible for shipping (and return shipping) on orders that we correctly filled. We will, of course, take care of all shipping costs if for some bizarre reason we sent you an incorrect item. Custom items, like stringing and dyeing, cannot be returned -- we won't ship a custom job unless its satisfactory anyways, so we can't be liable for shooting strings a millimeter lower than you'd prefer. Two-tone custom helmets are also subject to a 15% re-stocking charge to be levied at our discretion (we'll try not to charge it, but if we get stuck with an orange and purple one...)
 
Warranties: (items that are broken)
Just send it back to the above address and please include your invoice number if possible. All (un-dyed and un-baked) heads are guaranteed by their manufacturers for six months, but the stringing is not -- should you break your head within six months of purchase we will ship you a new, unstrung head. Shafts, with the exception of all aluminum shafts, are good for six months also. Padding and apparel will have to be evaluated by us on a case by case basis -- if something shreds immediately then its defective, but getting a little hole in your gloves after 2 months of play doesn't mean there's a problem. Warranties can also be honored only once. Should we process a broken item for you, and it breaks again later in the season, the manufacturer will not replace the item yet again. Please also be advised that, since we're handling the manufacturers' warranties for you on their behalf (its not a Lax.com warranty), we are not able to replace items for you that might have been discontinued after your purchase. In those cases, the warranty would need to be handled through the manufacturer.
Shipping:
We use US Priority mail so you can use PO boxes and also expect to get stuff on Saturdays. If you order before 4:00 EST then we'll definitely get it out that day (we still might get it out after that, but we can't promise). Otherwise, it goes out the next business day. You can always look at 'order history' on your user page to see exactly what stage of the queue your order is in. Delivery normally takes 1-3 business days, but that is not guaranteed (there's nothing to be alarmed about if the USPS is off by a day). If you absolutely have to get something immediately then you can choose overnight shipping from the 'shipping???' link on your cart page. Custom jobs (because we have to string it), goals & cases of balls (because of their weight and bulk), and helmets (because they all have to be made to order) will take longer than our normal 1-3 day delivery.
Availability:
If you can get it into your cart then we have it. We will not take your credit card info and your order and then call you days later explaining that what you ordered is out of stock (cough, cough, like every other retailer does). We keep painfully accurate tallies on our inventory (which allow for our super-quick fulfillment), so if you ordered it then its already on the way. The only way to get something into your cart thats out of stock is to have it saved in your cart, have someone order the last one before you, and then you check back on your cart at a later time. Of course, we give you a hint by displaying 'out of stock' in bright red letters. We will also not display a product that does not yet exist - every other retailer will put sample images of a new product on their site before that product has even been produced, and they will offer it for sale. The moment a new item is released from a manufacturer, we photograph it ourselves and make it live on the site.
