You will redeem any and all Gift Certificates for Lax.com at the beginning of your check out process. There will be a prompt to "Apply" your Gift Certificate to your purchase in the Shopping Cart check out window as shown below:

In an effort to thank the recurring customers of Lax.com, we've just introduced a new buyer rewards program that lets you accumulate points with every purchase and lets you redeem those points whenever you like. And the best part? It costs you nothing. No silly 'club'to join, no forms to fill out. When you buy stuff from Lax.com you get points. It's that simple. One dollar spent is worth one Lax.com point.

Rewards Points:

  1. Your points get credited to your account once your order moves to status 'shipped' (so that the transaction is finalized)
  2. One dollar spent on Lax.com is worth one Lax.com Rewards point
  3. Rewards points are given only for online purchases. you do not accumulate them for a sale in one of the retail stores or if you phone in your order
  4. Returns on goods that were freebies are no problem. returns on goods that gave you points are also no problem, as long as you didn't already use up the rewards points that you received for making the original purchase
  5. When you have enough points to be able to redeem an item in your cart then a pop-up link will appear on the final checkout page (after your billing and shipping info) giving you the option to get one (or more) of your items for free
  6. Shipping charges are still paid by credit card and they cannot be covered by points (which is why you still go thru the billing checkout)

NOTE: As of - May 30th, 2011 - Any Lax.com points awarded to an account that have not been used within two years will be expired.

Lax.com offers some serious discounts on when you order as a team. Please send us an email to rjordan@lax.com with your request for a team order and we will assign you to a dedicated specialist who can quote and mock up all your team needs.
Lax.com takes great pride in offering the best custom stringing jobs in the industry. We usually turn customs around is 24 hours unless it is peak season when you can expect to add an additional day or two. Our stringers are ex-NCAA athletes and all heads are tested on our indoor turf facility to ensure that you get the best quality and performance possible.
Lax.com operates a state of the art warehousing and fulfillment center in Norwalk CT and does not have a retail store. If you would like to order something off of the internet and come here and pick it up, that is fine. If you are local and need to exchange and item, that is fine also. We welcome visitors to come tour our warehouse and check out the turf, but we do not sell goods out of the Norwalk facility.
