the canadian isnt even real canadian its american mesh real canadian has great ball control release and doesnt stretch and in my opinion is better than anything but hard is still up there

I am not saying that they string bad heads but I would rather string my own head blindfolded than have sum1 else string it 4 me. I hate to "dis" a company that I'm quite fond of, but do not waste your money on this. Go to the 'stringing supplies' part of lax.com, buy a piece of mesh, three side wall strings (you can use the excess of one of the strings for the bottom string) and three shooting strings. It's cheaper than buying a mesh kit but if you have to, get a warrior because of the amount of string you get. Then go to lax.com's videos in the top right hand corner and scroll down to find the stringing with boomer videos. Save yourself $10 on this pocket and any other mesh pocket you string.

First, as kind of a disclaimer, I want to say that lacrosse is a game of preference. Now, I used 6D in my last three heads, and it's a great mesh with good hold. But I find it wears out faster than other types of mesh. (I also play one league game per week, two pick-up games per week, and I fiddle with my stick in the garage or backyard everyday.) It wears out in about a month or two for me. Hard mesh however, has a very good hold and shot speed with less maintainence than 6D. If you're stringing it, I'd say hard mesh because it's easier to string and won't need constant fiddling with. If you're using lax.com to string it, I'd still pick hard mesh. (I'm using hard mesh currently with three shooters and a mid pocket. It works great. I would say try every pocket out there but that'd be rediculous.)

i have it... it has practically no hold but it will last twice as long as hard mesh... it is also the stiffest mesh u can get

I love the hard mesh option. I have it on one of my sticks and it rocks. On my other stick, I have soft mesh and it doesn't work htta well. It doesn't hold its pocket very well.

In my opinion the players pocket hard mesh is the best because it isn't hard forever, but just by playing with it or sticking a ball in it overnight, it will eventually become soft. I don't ever order the soft mesh because it doesn't form a very good pocket. Hard mesh on the other hand forms a great pocket and in my opinion is awesome stringing. I believe that the hardest mesh there is Canadian mesh, i think.

Canadian mesh is hard mesh, just with a coating so that our pocket won't sag in the rain. Canadian can also give you a better shot if you string it right

pointless to get it strung her. you can watch videos off the internet that show you how to string one. it takes 10 minutes to string one if your decent, if you can't do it ask someone on your team if they can string it for you.

NEVER get 6 diamond. It is terrible it gets way to hard and there is absolutley no pocket and it is almost impossible to catch with it it dosn't absorb the force from the pass

Everyone atop being lazy theres thousands of stringing tutorials, atring your own head only you now how you like your pocket and how tight your strings should be. stringing it yourself costs about $20 why pay $35 thats $15 and extra time for shiping. unless you just try you will always rely on buisness's to string your head for you costing time and money.

no it doesnt come with a head. u pick an unstrung one and pick what style mesh you want and they string it for you, in what ever color combination you want

i was using my teamates stick the other day and he had 6 diamond mesh, and i loved it. so i bought 6 diamond mesh but i cant quite get the shooting string right. any tips??

its alright in good weather but if the rain starts or it gets a little wet the pocket gets too deep and it becomes illegal

When soft mesh gets wet the pocket gets smaller, research before you say something.

when soft mesh gets wet it gets soggy, hence the larger (and often illegal) pocket. guess you should do some research

If your so smart at lacrosse youd know the pocket just gets deeper so dont make the kid feel bad bc u dont know anything your self

the only time mesh pockets get smaller after rain is the ocasional time if its muddy and wet and ur stick gets completely covered and then it dries and then gets all crusty buts that only rarely on hard mesh.. so again dont go trying to make other people look bad when ur actually only making yourself look bad... and soft mesh never gets smaller.. it bags out while its wet and usually ends up being illegal like he said... why dont you go do some more research before you make another dumb comment like that

i use soft mesh for defense, and you can get some pretty sick dodges in, while running up the field, no matter what the weather

I just purchased a maverike juice and decided to let Lax.com string it. I got hard mesh. The stringing is ok but not great. It throws a bit high but you can get used to it no problem. All in all, i say get it strung here because you can trust lax.com to do a good job.

why dont they do traditional stringing?

most stringers cant do traditional cause it's much harder,so they would prob. have to hire more people which would cost them more money cause those people would want more than a person tht just does normal stringing

Doesnt do it for me. Dont like really any aspects of the stringing, although the things i dont like about it are preferance. Just find a stringer near you who will do it cheaper

This is a high price for a stringing job but its not crazy, since the mesh would cost you close to $20 with tax and shipping you are really only paying $15 for the job. Of course its best to learn how to string, it is very easy and after a few heads you will be able to string anything to throw exactly how you want it to.

it's also called composite- its basically a double layer of mesh instead of a single layer, its more durable

the side walls i think you can figure out you just weave through but if you look at one of your other sticks and trasce where the string goes it is easy to do the top hear is something that helps me remember... get like 3 ft of the string(that is to much but just cut at the end) you go up and aroung then make a small loop at the bottom go back through the back side and through the loop that you made and pull tight and the weave through and repete if you need any more help send me a message

If ur stringing with hard mesh, you cant forget to condition it. bring the mesh in ur shower, stretch it under hot water and massage it with conditioner. believe me it makes a great pocket and it'll stay that way. it also keeps a good pocket when playing in rain cuz the conditioner reduces absorbtion. trust me, this works.
