Please include your invoice number and/or email address so that we can process for you as quickly as possible. is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items that we filled correctly. We will, of course, take care of all shipping costs if for some bizarre reason we sent you an incorrect item -- which is very rare. Custom items, like stringing, cannot be returned -- we won't ship a custom job unless it satisfactory passes our quality control and our Head Stringer as well.
  1. There are no cash or credit refunds for items covered under the Manufacturer's Warranties. This covers most heads, shafts and pads. All Warranties are the responsibility of the Manufacturer... not

  2. There is no exchange or swapping of items under the Manufacturer's Warranty. If you want something else, please contact the Manufacturer directly. We can not swap items on their behalf. Only the Manufacturer can do that.

  3. Items covered under Manufacturer Warranty will be replaced for up to 30 days from date of purchase by sending them back to with this Waiver. If the purchase date is older than 30 days, you will need to send the item directly back to the Manufacturer.

  4. There is no Warranty for items sold under Closeout Sales or Special Discount Sales. Most of these items will not be available for replacement and the Manufacturer will not Warranty them.

  5. Gait/Debeer does not allow defective/Warrantied items to be shipped back to retailers. All broken or defective items within the warranty time frame need to be sent back to their Customer Service Department.

All Cascade Helmets carry a one year, unconditional warranty There is no predetermined lifespan of a Cascade lacrosse helmet. If the helmet is taken care of, re-certified and isn't misused it should last for many season. Cascade has always prided itself on world-class customer service. Part of that service effort means that each and every time you call the Cascade headquarters in Liverpool, New York, you will speak to a live person.

At Cascade, they know that they are only successful when they are serving all of your needs and it is with that in mind that they have established their standards of customer serivce.
Please send it back to the above address and please include your invoice number and/or email address on the returns Waiver so that we can process as quickly as possible. All (un-dyed and un-baked) heads are guaranteed by their manufacturers for six months, but the stringing is not -- should you break your head within six months of purchase, we will ship you a new, unstrung head. Shafts, with the exception of all aluminum shafts, are good for six months also. Padding and apparel will have to be evaluated by us on a case by case basis -- if something shreds immediately then its defective, but getting a little hole in your gloves after two months of play doesn't mean there's a problem. Warranties can also be honored only once. Should we process a broken item for you, and it breaks again later in the season, the manufacturer will not replace the item yet again. Please also be advised that if we happen to handle the manufacturers' warranty for you on their behalf (its not a warranty), we are not able to replace items for you that might have been discontinued after your purchase. In those cases, the warranty would need to be handled through the manufacturer. We offer this added level of service to provide customers the best possible shopping experience in lacrosse. is ultimately bound by the policy of the manufacturer regarding warranties. So if it looks like a shaft or head was broken on purpose, or an item was intentionally damaged, we obviously can not warranty it. (Warranties for International Orders: will warranty items as per above but will not be responsible for any shipping charges. If we need to send you an item back we will ask that you pay the shipping.)
