Lax.com is known for the fastest delivery in lacrosse! If you order by 3:30 PM EST, we ship most goods that very same day via USPS Priority mail of FedEx. This service provides tracking and delivery confirmation which can be accessed via your account page on the evening of the day your order ships. We are located in Norwalk, CT so if you live on the East coast, most packages are delivered to your doorstep the very next business day. If you live in South East or the Mid West you will typically receive your order in 2 business days. If you live on the West coast it is typically 3 business days. Helmets, bulky or heavy orders may take a day or two longer to the Midwest and West regions.

Overnight delivery is available for most goods. We ship all of our overnight goods via UPS and Fedex. Saturday delivery for overnights is not standard and we would need to obtain a quote from the carrier for the additional charge that they want for Saturday deliveries. (Overnight is not available for heavy items like goals, cases of balls and nets unless you call us and we get a quote from the carrier.) Overnight shipping for International orders is not available.

Balls ship directly from the Lax.com warehouse. Delivery to the immediate East coast is typically next business day via UPS and Fedex. Florida and the Midwest is 3-5 business days. The West region is 4-6 business days. Many goals and bounce backs ship directly from Lax.com as well. If we need to order a goal to be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, expect to add 1-2 business days to the delivery time.

Orders before 3:30 EST for helmets (which are mostly custom made) are placed the same day that they are entered. Helmets usually take 3-4 business days to be built and delivered but this can move out to 10 days in the height of the season. Because of our massive helmet volume, Lax.com orders have top priority with the manufacturers and they get them out as fast as possible.

Our professional custom stringers are fast and each job must pass our head stringing Guru. These orders are typically strung the same day that the order was placed and shipped that day or the next. In the height of the season, custom stringing will take an extra day or two. We will not sacrifice quality for speed on Lax.com custom stringing. Overnight shipping is available for custom stringing, but you must call us to confirm that we will be able to do the stick in one day.

Yes, we ship internationally every day, all over the world, and are widely recognized as the largest online overseas delivery source for lacrosse. The usually delivery time is 6-14 days depending on the local customs office and Post Office in your home country. All orders are sent via US Priority Mail and include tracking and delivery confirmation of your order. A copy of your order and US Customs form will be attached to the outside of all packages. (Please call us to obtain quotes for heavy items such as balls, nets or goals as sometimes the cost of shipping these overseas may be prohibitive.) Also, we can not overnight International orders.
