Lax.com traveled to Binghamton University last weekend to check out two days of round-robin games in the Empire State boys lacrosse tournament. Six regional all-star teams fought for New York bragging rights. After four days and seventeen games, it was Long Island coming away with the crown, defeating Central 14-3 in the gold medal game. Hudson Valley took the bronze, defeating Western 7-4. New York City and Adirondack rounded out the ranks.

NICE ONE...FIFO!!! ANY team from Long Island, any team from NEw York for that matter, would absolutely thoroughly dominate ANY team from Ohio. just cuz upper arlington and western reserve play mediocre teams from the midwest doesnt mean they can contend with the top talent in the nation.
WRA cant compete with the best? by HVLacrosse311 (#84384) on 8/12/08 @1:05PM
They lost to Mcdonogh by 2, and brother rice twice. They beat St. Annes Belfield, Severn and Penn Charter. Im from Ohio, and ive played with some of the kids from Hudson, WRA and UA and they can play. Ive also played with kids from LI and upper NY and the difference isnt that much more noticeable. Please do not let some dumbass from ohio make you think all of us Ohio lacrosse players are horrible, were really not. But yes of course NY has better teams, people in ohio still ask me why my hockey stick has netting in it

as your use of a semicolon is an English semantics masterpiece. Oh, and your login name "Balls2"? Its obvious that you are not now, nor have you ever been, a FLID.
