Medicine Ball.... and you can choose your wieght... Depending on your size and strength.

See what you can handle, and then work your way up in 2.5 lb or 5 lb increments.

that's not a great core work out i mean it does the job, but you should be doing 4 more exercises.

sit up w/ weight at an incline
planks
V ups
planks w/ weight, add weight every 10 seconds.
