gotta love lax.com great carmera angles and replays that slow stuff down, good music, and good game choices too. best site for all around lacrosse, the only thing it needs is something like the lacrosse forum on the side.

no idea but he was one of the few good players on that team, the D n goalie were absolutely terrible - all the poles got burnt easily n the goalie missd some easy shots

#9 is listed as Junior Midfielder Thomas Woessner.
The Simsbury defense is actually supposed to be very talented, this must have been an awful game for them. I know the goalie (#6 Cummings) is very highly praised and one of the best goalies around.

Regardless, congratulations to Fairfield on a state championship, 4 in a row is a great achievement.

Anyone know of the seedings for the teams?

Not trying to slight anyone, but Simsbury looked completely out of their league.

Seedings

Fairfield Prep was seeded 12 (beat 1 seed Ridgefield in semis)
Simsbury was seeded 7 (beat 6 seed Glastonbury in semis)

Fairfield Prep played @ Simsbury earlier in the year and lost 9-11. Got their revenge here.

As said above, #9 is Tom Woessner. However, another notable player on Simsbury, that played extremely well up until the Championship, is Paul Gallagher #37. Also said before Simsbury's defense had an absolutely terrible game. The whole team did, they just didn't show up for it. The goalie, Conley Cummings, is also extremely talented and had a terrible game as well. He is one of the best and most under control goalies I've seen. Also, he had a great goal in the semis against Glastonbury.
