Another thing to do off this is after you do the move and score hopefully, get to the 5 by 5 throw a behind the back fake and then shot normal 5 hole. Hopefully the defender goes for the back check rather then pushing you below GLE. Also 5 hole is the hardest shot to stop no angle. | | | Reply to this

| by Tehb2 (#183028) on 1/19/09 @1:45AM | For something actually useful, like thebehind the back shot, the video should be a little longer and focus on proper mechanics. He just kind of says "do it", but if someone actually hasn't been taught or tried themselves they don't have much to go on.
I actually try to take one step back the other way on the roll before the shot. Brings the goalie back before the shot goes the other way, and just a split second more time to set the shot. Good move though. | | | Reply to this
