LAX PRO INSIGHT
The Brine King 2 lacrosse head follows on the heels of the popular King series and boasts a stiffer scoop and side rail setup than the older model. We like this head for advancing youth players and high school guys that are starting to specialize in their playing style by carrying the ball more up and down with one hand. The pocket setup here is designed for mid-low and Brine beefed up the back sidewalls as well. We also love this head for collegiate and high school level LSMs and face-off wings. It's a little wider at the throat and and is simply a ground ball vacuum for guys who like to get in the pile or scoop quickly on the run.
The King 2 head aslo comes in a stiffer version. The King 2 ST. This pocket setup is actually more mid high and designed for players that like that wider feel without moving to a fully widened out defensive head. The King 2 and the King 2 ST are for advanced level players that want more offense in their defense... as well as really good for the younger crowd that wants a head that that makes it easier to scoop, catch and throw because of the width.
DUE TO THE THROAT PLUG ON THIS HEAD IT CAN ONLY BE USED WITH HOLLOW SHAFTS
