– Audrey Cerrone recorded her second multi-goal game in her last three outings and Madeline Seims scored four times, leading the Wagner women's lacrosse team over the Vermont Catamounts this afternoon by a score of 11-10 from Hameline Field. One game removed from her first scoreless outing in more than a year, Seims completed her hat trick in the opening 10 minutes, pacing a Wagner offense that put eight on the board in the first half while outshooting the Catamounts 19-8. Stephanie Falcone, Megan Drum, Kasey Dorney, Maria Henwood and Megan Greco all scored for the Seahawks in addition to Seims and Cerrone, while Erin Kerstetter added a game-best three assists. Lauren DiStefano made eight saves for the Green and White. For the Catamounts, MacKenzie Bolt led all scorers with five goals and six points, Ava Vasile added two goals and Sophie McLaughlin made 15 saves in net. The teams traded goals over the first 6+ minutes before Seims followed Cerrone's first with her second of the day, giving Wagner a 3-2 lead at the 23:04 mark.
