For just the second time in program history, the Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Lacrosse Team improved to 4-0 with a thrashing of Tusculum on Saturday afternoon. Lenoir-Rhyne will look for its first 5-0 start in team history with a win against Anderson on Wednesday.

STATS OF THE GAME:
• Lenoir-Rhyne scored 18 of the first 22 goals in the game to take an 18-4 lead in the middle of the third quarter
• Toron Eccleston scored a game-high four goals and added three ground balls
• Myles Moffat added a hat trick and one assist for a four-point afternoon
• David Bell had a goal and a career-high three assists
• Zach Bodeau dominated faceoffs in the first half, winning 13-of-16 and scooping up a game-high 10 ground balls
• The Bears held a 50-38 advantage in shots and a 35-25 advantage on shots on goal
• Lenoir-Rhyne went 16-of-17 in clears and also held a dominant 42-28 advantage in ground balls
• LR was 2-of-3 on the man advantage
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
• Lenoir-Rhyne topped the 20-goal threshold for the first time since scoring 22 in the 2020 season opener
• Eric Dickinson handed out a pair of assists and is now six shy from breaking the program record
• Queens and Lenoir-Rhyne are now the last remaining unbeaten teams in conference play
• LR improves to 50-12 all-time as a ranked team
• Lenoir-Rhyne is 8-0 all-time against Tusculum
