Led by four goals from Brendan Sunday, the No. 7 Towson University men's lacrosse team its first win over a top-ranked opponent since 1992, also a win over No. 1 Loyola. Brody McLean, Timmy Monahan and Luke Fromert all scored two goals apiece for the Tigers on the way to victory. Jake McLean and Grant Maloof also tallied one goal each. Both McLean brothers, Maloof and Sunday had one assist each, while Alex Woodall assisted once as well. Woodall also led the team in ground balls with 14 and won 20-of-26 faceoffs. Goalkeeper Tyler Canto finished with 14 saves on a save percentage of .583. Towson improves to 4-0 on the season while the Greyhounds fall to 3-1.
