LAX.com is known for the fastest delivery in lacrosse. 95% of all orders placed by 2:00 pm EST ship the same business day as long as all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. Weekends, holidays, day of purchase and day of delivery do not count towards delivery time. Shipping days do not include Sunday or when USPS and UPS are closed. Tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Items delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services.
Returns for new, unused products are never a problem. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. If for some reason a return is received and can not be re-sold as a new item the item will be returned to you. Returns must be received within 30 days after purchase for a full refund. Anything past 30 days, a store credit will be issued.
In lieu of a refund you can opt to be issued a store credit, plus 10% to a registered Lax.com account for the item that you are returning. This can be applied to your new purchases that you make in the future. You just have to be logged into your account and the store credit will be applied at checkout as a credit. Once a return is received by LAX.com it can take up to 10 business days to process the return. Returns are not processed on Saturdays & Sundays. LAX.com is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items that we filled correctly and we do not refund the original shipping costs associated with your order. We will take care of all shipping costs, if for some bizarre reason we sent you an incorrect item -- which is very rare.
Helmets/Final Sale Items:
Custom items, like stringing, can not be returned and we won't ship a custom job until it passes our quality control standards of our head stringer. Cascade helmets have a $35 re-stocking fee, if returned, that is enforced by Cascade. STX Rival custom helmets are a final sale, and can not be returned. Returns are also not accepted on field equipment such as nets, backstops, goals, bouncebacks or items purchased from our Deals page.
There are two ways to make a return:
1. If you were logged into your account when you placed your order you can request a return authorization from your account. Simply log in to your account and click on "My Orders". Choose the applicable order and click on return. If you choose store credit, you will receive the original credit plus 10%. You will be notified via email when your return has been authorized and given additional steps on how to process your return. This is an easy way to track the progess of your return. When you ship your package back to us be sure to snap a photo of the tracking number you were given by the carrier you used (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) to return the package to Lax.com. That is an easy way for you to keep track of when the package will be delivered back to Lax.com. It takes us up to 10 business days to process a return once it has been recieved by our warehouse. We can provide a return label for you via email, but you will be deducted a minimum of $20 from your return amount. Depending on the weight of the return the charge could be more. Lax.com does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to our home page to submit a new order for your new items. That way your new items will arrive quickly and you can start using them right away.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping Information:
Priority mail is available to all locations USPS ships to. To expedite shipping and minimize delays, ensure that all supplied shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. Delivery time is within 2 to 7 business days after order placement. The day you place the order does not count as a delivery day. Priority mail delivery times are estimated by the USPS and usually on time.
LAX.com ships internationally every day, all over the world, and we are widely recognized as the largest online overseas delivery source for lacrosse. The usually delivery time is 6-14 business days depending on the local customs office and Post Office in your home country. Be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer
. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees which are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority - not LAX.com. All orders are sent via US Priority Mail and include tracking and delivery confirmation of your order. A copy of your order and US Customs form will be attached to the outside of all packages.
