In a matchup moved due to the threat of winter weather, the fourth ranked Denver Pioneers men's lacrosse team traveled to Philadelphia for a showdown with the seventh ranked Villanova Wildcats, in a pivotal Big East showdown. From the games opening whistle, it was all Pioneers, as the Denver offense exploded for 22 goals, en route to a 22-6 win over the Wildcats.
