Looking to secure its fourth straight NYS High School championship, the Victor Blue Devils took on the Garden City boys lacrosse team at St. John Fisher College. For Garden City, the game provided a chance for the Trojans to win their first state title since 2013. Trailing by two goals late in the fourth, Victor stormed back to tie the game with just under nine seconds left to play. However, Garden City would win the ensuing face-off, leading to a James Basile gaol with just 1.5 seconds to play to give Garden City a 8-6 win. Check out highlights from all the action with Lax.com!
