Held at Kean University in New Jersey, the 2018 Tournament of Champions featured the Delbarton Green Wave taking on the Summit Boys lacrosse team. Looking to tie an NJSIAA record by winning its third straight TOC, the Green Wave entered the Tournament as the heavy favorite.
