The lacrosse stick has always been one of the most important parts of anyone's ability to play lacrosse. Old and worn out equipment does not help make a player better in any sport. This is especially true with a lacrosse stick because playing with an old pocket or dried out strings will effect how a player throws and shoots accurately. Taylor Cummings, Team UA athlete and Team USAwomen's lacrosse player sits down with Lax.com to discuss how girls should maintain and repair their lacrosse stick in season. These tips are important because if players do not maintain their pockets they will begin to form smaller pockets and strings may fray or break. In this video Taylor uses the Under Armour Glory Head to show players how to repair their stick to be game ready.
