Warranty Disclaimer For Lax.com & ZIMA:


All items purchased from LAX.com, Lax.com Team Stores & ZIMA are accompanied by either a limited warranty or manufacturer warranty.  There are no cash refunds for any items covered under either warranty.  

 

Satin Chrome Heads:

Damage that renders the item unusable is protected under warranty for a period of 60 days starting from the purchase date. Be aware that any chipping or scratching of the chrome coating is classified as "normal wear and tear" and is not considered unplayable damage, much like the expected wear on dyed heads.


ZIMA & Lax.com Team Stores LIMITED WARRANTY:


All Zima products warrant the original purchaser of this product that the product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days after receipt when the product is used under normal uses and conditions. Any damage through improper use, negligence, abuse, misuse, transportation, acts of nature, or accident will not be replaced.  All limited warranty ZIMA product requests should be directed to questions@lax.com.  Zima products include an ZIMA branded items.

Manufacturer Warranty Offered For Products Sold On Lax.com


LAX.com has agreements with all of its manufacturers to take care of any warranty issues directly with our customers. If the product you purchased breaks or is defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement.   As long as the product is under warranty, an exchange will be made by the manufacturer. Most manufacturers request an original receipt for a claim.  Every manufacturer has a different warranty policy. This covers most heads, shafts, and pads.  All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not LAX.com.There is no exchange or swapping of items under the manufacturer's warranty. Any items that you are requesting to be warrantied cannot be swapped for any other items. There is no warranty for items sold under closeout sales or special discount sales.  Most of these items will not be available for replacement and the manufacturer will not warranty them. A few popular manufacturer warranty links are listed above.
