I need help understanding how to order my True Lacrosse Uniform

What Types of Stores Are Available for My Team?
  • Spirit Store (Open 24/7): Always open. Orders typically ship within 10 business days.
  • Team Store (Pop-Up Stores): Team Stores can include uniforms, apparel and spiritwear accessories. They are typically open for 7–10 days, then close. Orders ship approximately 5–6 weeks after the store closes.
  • Equipment Stores (Pop-Up Stores): These are Pop-Up stores for equipment such as helmets, decals, gloves and arm protection. Manufacturer lead times vary, you should refer to the expected delivery date in your storefront, and can see the below as a guideline:
    Helmets: 4–5 weeks after store closes
    Arms/Gloves: 3–4 months
Can I Return or Exchange Items?

No. All sales are final due to the custom nature of the products.

To avoid issues:
Use the size charts provided in the store. For reference most apparel charts can be found here and protective here.

Double-check spelling, player numbers, and all personalization before submitting your order.

When Will My Order Ship?

Please refer to your specific store’s product page, but general timelines are:

  • 24/7 Stores: Ship within 10 business days.
  • Pop-Up Stores: Ship approximately 5–6 weeks after the store closes.
  • Helmet Stores: Ship approximately 4–5 weeks after store closes.
Where Can I Find Sizing Information?

Most sizing charts are included in the product image gallery (often the second image).

Can I Edit My Order After Placing It?

24/7 Store Orders: Cannot be changed once submitted.

Pop-Up Stores: If the store is still open, email True@Lax.com. We’ll do our best to help.

How Do I Choose My Player Number?

Some stores offer a drop-down list of available numbers.

If your preferred number is unavailable, it has been claimed by a teammate or requested by your program directors to not be made available.

If there’s a text box for player number entry, enter your number manually.

Note: Final player number assignments are subject to approval by True program directors and changes may be made at their discretion after your order has been placed.

Didn’t Receive an Order Confirmation?

If you didn’t receive an email with a confirmation number, the order likely did not go through.

Please refresh your browser and try again.

What I received does not fit, what can I do?

Check the size listed on your item and confirmation email to determine if you accurately received the size you ordered. If you did, unfortunately we cannot replace or exchange the item - Lax.com does not produce extra items in team stores, and we are unable to offer an exchange for an alternate size.

If the size on the item you received does not match what was on your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team via email at True@Lax.com and include your order number and a photo of what you received, showing the size tag/marking.

Missed the Store Deadline?

Unfortunately, late orders cannot be accepted once the store closes.
Check back for your team’s next store window.

Shop in the 24/7 Store for general items in the meantime.

Looking for True Helmet or Decals outside of a Store Window?

If you are looking for a custom True Helmet or Decals when we are not running a team store, please reach out to True@lax.com and we can provide your program’s helmet specs. If we have decals on hand there will be an opportunity to purchase them.

What Size Helmet Should I Get?

Use our Helmet Sizing Guide.

Quick tip:
Youth helmets have 2 horizontal face bars.
Adult helmets have 3 bars.
Most players move up to adult helmets around age 9–10.

What About Custom Gloves?

These items ship 4–5 months after the store closes.

Be sure to reference the expected delivery date on the store page.

How Are Orders Shipped?

All team store orders ship via UPS from Norwalk, CT (unless otherwise noted).
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Can I use a promo code or gift card to pay for my Team Store order?

Lax.com gift cards and promo codes cannot be used in Pop Up/Limited Window Team stores.

Why am I being charged a Processing Fee?

Processing fees are imposed by the platform used to process and manage team store orders.

Can I combine orders in two different team stores to save on shipping costs?

If you placed two orders in the same team store and the store has not closed yet, we may be able to combine them into one order and refund shipping on the other. Please email both order numbers to True@Lax.com.

If however you are inquiring about orders placed in two separate team stores - for example a Holiday store and a Uniform store - we are unable to merge them and refund shipping, there is a flat fee for shipping per order/per store.
