Returns for new, unused products are never a problem. Items must be returned, in their original packaging, with tags attached. If for some reason a return is received and can not be re-sold as a new item, the package will be returned to you. Returns must be received within 30 days after purchase for a full refund. Anything past 30 days, a gift certificate will be issued. In lieu of a refund to the form of payment that was used to make the purchase you can opt to be issued a gift certificate for the item you are returning, plus 10% The gift certificate can be applied to your new future purchases. Once a return is received by LAX.com it can take up to 10 business days to process the return. Returns are not processed on Saturdays & Sundays. LAX.com is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items that we filled correctly and we do not refund the original shipping costs associated with your original order.
Shoe/Cleat Return Policy:
Shoes and cleats must be returned in the original packaging/box that they were shipped in. Shoe boxes must be placed in another box or bag, do not tape the shoe box closed or adhere shipping labels to the shoe box. Doing so will render the shoes as non-resellable and will void any return. If shoes are worn in any manner, on turf, or grass they are not acceptable as a return. Cleats/Shoes/Turfs must be received back to Lax.com, in the same condition that you received them in. If they are not, then a refund will not be issued. They must not have scuffs, dirt, or turf on the bottoms of the shoes. If they do, they are in non-resellable condition and we cannot accept the return, and the shoes will be returned to you.
Helmets/Final Sale Items:
Custom items, like stringing, can not be returned and we won't ship a custom job until it passes our quality control standards of our head stringer. Cascade helmets have a $35 restocking fee, if returned, that is enforced by Cascade. STX Rival and Warrior custom helmets are a final sale, and can not be returned. Returns are also not accepted on-field equipment such as nets, backstops, goals, bouncebacks.
Lax.com will not accept open, tried for fit, or used mouthguards for return. This is in the best interest of our returns staff and future customers.
How To Make A Return:
Lax.com does not cover return shipping for correctly fulfilled orders. You can choose your preferred method of shipping (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) to send your items back to us. Send back your items to: LAX.com Returns - 345 Wilson Avenue - Norwalk, CT 06854 with this form filled out. Include your original order number, email address, and phone number so that we can process the return for you as quickly as possible. If you are interested in receiving a gift certificate, plus 10% let us know in the additional information section on the form.
Be sure to snap a picture with your phone of the tracking number that you were given by the carrier you used (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) to return the package to Lax.com.
If you are unable to purchase your own shipping label from your preferred carrier, you can request a return label from us. The fee for us to send you a return label is $20. This charge will be deducted from your total return amount. Depending on the weight of the return the charge could be more. If you are interested in shopping with us again, or buying another size we can offer you a Lax.com gift certificate for the value of your return item, plus 10%. This will help offset some of the return shipping costs. Email your return label request to email@example.com.
Lax.com does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy above for the items you wish to exchange and go to our home page to submit a new order for your new items. That way your new items will arrive quickly and you can start using them right away.
