Information About Shipping

 

LAX.com is known for the fastest delivery in lacrosse. 95% of all orders placed by 2:00 pm EST ship the same business day as long as all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. Weekends, holidays, day of purchase and day of delivery do not count towards delivery time. Shipping days do not include Sunday or when USPS and UPS are closed. Tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.  We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed due to the fault of the carrier.  Items delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services.

 

Several items require additional time to produce before they ship, this is due to the customization to the product. This includes Pro Strung Head Options, Custom Stringing, Custom Apparel, and Custom Helmets. Production time will vary by product and the shipping option picked at checkout will be used after the item is produced.

 

A fast shipping option can be applied on all orders within the continental US as long as they are over the pre-qualified order amount ($99). Items will be shipped via ground service through UPS. The FLAT RATE SHIPPING offer excludes goals, nets, bouncebacks, balls, creases and any other heavy bulky items.  All items ship from Norwalk, CT.  Expected delivery times can be 2 to 6 business days.  Day of purchase and day of delivery do not count towards delivery times.  If you use points to make your purchase, you will need to pay the shipping charge for those items.  Points can not be used to cover the shipping charge.

 

Priority shipping is available to all locations that USPS/UPS ship to. To expedite shipping and minimize delays, ensure that all supplied shipping information is correct on your order.  Delivery time is within 3 to 6 business days after order placement.  Day of purchase and day of delivery do not count towards delivery times.

 

Overnight - Next Business Day - UPS Next Day Air - Delivered the next business day, by 8PM.  This service does NOT include Saturday delivery.  Order must be placed by 2PM EST to leave our facility on the same day, and be delivered the next business day.

LAX.com ships internationally every day, all over the world, and we are widely recognized as the largest online overseas delivery source for lacrosse. The usually delivery time is 6-14 business days depending on the local customs office and Post Office in your home country. Be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees which are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority - not LAX.com. All orders are sent via US Priority Mail and include tracking and delivery confirmation of your order. A copy of your order and US Customs form will be attached to the outside of all packages. We cannot overnight international orders.
